When one became available (can't recall his name) he immediately asked me how he could assist me. I told him I had an appointment. He pulled up the appointment info, took me keys, and had a technician out to the vehicle within 10 minutes - awesome. I sat in the waiting room which was well lit and clean. There was a tv in the corner displaying a car restoration series. Not sure if there was WiFi or not - I don't connect to public WiFi. You can see most of the shop from the waiting area so there's no question as to whether the vehicle is in the shop and being serviced. My Silverado was on the alignment rack pretty quickly. About 4pm, Brandon, the service technician, came into the waiting area to bring me out to the vehicle and show me the before/after specs on the screen of the alignment machine. He broke down what was done and what it all meant. He said he would do a final road test and get me out of there soon. Brandon was super professional in talking with me and also I could tell that he knew his stuff! I saw him drive the truck afterwards as well to verify the repair. I got back to the waiting room and about 15 minutes later the service writer had me at the counter to close out the ticket. The price was as-predicted with no surprises. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (even on an old high-mileage pickup), and was courteous throughout. He supplied me with a printout of the alignment that Brandon had gone over with me in the shop. From arrival to departure I was there 3pm-4:20pm. Overall a great experience.
