Opened the box and the pen was not in any packaging and was missing the magnet to attach the cart. went back to get the magnet and they said no I couldn't have it. they found the missing package and my magnet but wouldn't give not give it to me or let me return the pen. the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and I will never go back here. I should have known better at that point. first of all, why are you carrying and continuing to sell a product that has so many issues you need to warn people. I know your return policy is exchange only, but why would I want another one knowing they are prone to defects. I took it home, charged it for exactly 2 hours and then it would not work, it kept giving me the electric short indicator. I was hoping to just return it, I did not use it, I did not put any product in it. I don't want another one of the prone to fault products. You do not have any other dry herb vaporizers available so I can't get a similar product. I just want a refund. they gave me another one, but now I need to waste time charging it and going back and forth to the store. it took your employees and manager 20 minutes to review / examine it. Your manager wasnt rude but they were terse and short with me. as I tried to talk with them they got a weird fake smile and just pointed at the return policy over and over again without saying anything other than this is the return policy. I asked who the owners were or who ran the company so I could lodge my complaint and they refused to tell me. The manager then walked away. I asked what the manager's name was and the other employees just stood there, looked away and wouldn't say anything. I asked 4 times before I got a name. They said her name was xxxxxx, but the receipt for the exchange says the cashier was xxxx if you guys were not warning people about possible failures or if you had a decent alternative for the same price I would be fine with the exchange. but it's obviously an issue with this product line. I was told that if this one shorts and I haven't used it I could then get a refund. I asked for that in writing and they assured me all the cameras had audio. Which indicates to me that returns are possible. I won't be shopping with you ever again and I will be making a similar Yelp and Google comment relating my experience

They…read morehave a good variety of smoking accessories such as cigarette holders for those that roll their own, pipes for tobacco & glass pipes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, tubes, cigarette rollers (hand & electric), a few snacks, drinks & gum etc. However, I went in one day to purchase an e-cigarette for my elderly neighbor. I explained exactly what I needed. Well, it turned out that what he sold me wasn't at all what I had asked for and after 3 uses it stoped working. So, I went to return it but I was told they couldn't take it back b/c I'd lost the receipt. Even though he knew I'd bought it from him just a few days prior. He wouldn't even exchange it for one that would work never mind one that was what I'd originally asked for. This is just the bad customer service this place usually offers. I've only kept shopping there b/c it's local and their prices are better but after my last visit I'm absolutely done and will never return. The main reason I will not return is because this location has an employee that is a total jerk. He really needs to either be fired or sent to training. He is RUDE and lacks proper manners for serving the public. He has zero personality & always makes me feel uncomfortable. It's like he hates having to wait on people. The store recently changed their hours but didn't bother to tell shoppers by posting a notice or telling them when they went in to shop. Although most people know stores are closing earlier due to the COVID-19 virus some aren't and the ones that are changing their hours have let people know via email, text, by posting a note on their door, or by letting people know when they cash out. So, my roommate shows up the day after he'd just been there to shop at about 6:40 & this guy didn't bother to tell him the next day they'd be closing at 6 and not 7pm. My friend arrives at 6:03 and the guy is just standing there staring at my friend. He shows the guy that he has the exact change for the cigars he wanted but the cashier just smirked at my friend and shook his head no. I get that he was closed but a decent human being would have come to the door, apologized for not letting him know the day before that hours had changed, let my friend get the cigars, take the exact change and IF he'd finished cashing out - put it aside for the next day. But nope! The rude hippy just stood there with his arms crossed, smirking as if he was enjoying the power he had and then turned his back and walked away. Imho, this location is probably losing a lot of business because of this employee! Even before this when I needed tobacco I'd go in and get just what I needed rather than shop around for other items. I don't recommend shopping here if you can avoid it because he is there most of the time. So, from one day to the next my friend had no idea they were closing at 6 and not 7pm.
