They…read morehave a good variety of smoking accessories such as cigarette holders for those that roll their own, pipes for tobacco & glass pipes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, tubes, cigarette rollers (hand & electric), a few snacks, drinks & gum etc. However, I went in one day to purchase an e-cigarette for my elderly neighbor. I explained exactly what I needed. Well, it turned out that what he sold me wasn't at all what I had asked for and after 3 uses it stoped working. So, I went to return it but I was told they couldn't take it back b/c I'd lost the receipt. Even though he knew I'd bought it from him just a few days prior. He wouldn't even exchange it for one that would work never mind one that was what I'd originally asked for. This is just the bad customer service this place usually offers. I've only kept shopping there b/c it's local and their prices are better but after my last visit I'm absolutely done and will never return. The main reason I will not return is because this location has an employee that is a total jerk. He really needs to either be fired or sent to training. He is RUDE and lacks proper manners for serving the public. He has zero personality & always makes me feel uncomfortable. It's like he hates having to wait on people. The store recently changed their hours but didn't bother to tell shoppers by posting a notice or telling them when they went in to shop. Although most people know stores are closing earlier due to the COVID-19 virus some aren't and the ones that are changing their hours have let people know via email, text, by posting a note on their door, or by letting people know when they cash out. So, my roommate shows up the day after he'd just been there to shop at about 6:40 & this guy didn't bother to tell him the next day they'd be closing at 6 and not 7pm. My friend arrives at 6:03 and the guy is just standing there staring at my friend. He shows the guy that he has the exact change for the cigars he wanted but the cashier just smirked at my friend and shook his head no. I get that he was closed but a decent human being would have come to the door, apologized for not letting him know the day before that hours had changed, let my friend get the cigars, take the exact change and IF he'd finished cashing out - put it aside for the next day. But nope! The rude hippy just stood there with his arms crossed, smirking as if he was enjoying the power he had and then turned his back and walked away. Imho, this location is probably losing a lot of business because of this employee! Even before this when I needed tobacco I'd go in and get just what I needed rather than shop around for other items. I don't recommend shopping here if you can avoid it because he is there most of the time. So, from one day to the next my friend had no idea they were closing at 6 and not 7pm.

Started looking at the bongs, which had no prices visible, yes I understand there are signs that say don't touch the glass, but there are tags on the glassware which I was going to turnover and see if there was a price. Had zero intentions of touching the glass, as I can read. Said employee comes over and yells at me not to touch the glass, which I said I wasn't, and he very rudely again says not to touch the glass and there are signs everywhere. He said he would lift up every piece I wanted to see to show me the price, he continued to get more and more agitated and angry, probaly from the crack he was smoking. So my buddy and I decided to just leave. Which prompted the employee to fire insults and lovely words of our departure to us. I will never step foot in this establishment again, which is too bad, used to visit the store quite often. Never again.
