When I…read morechecked the receipt, there were charges for 5 Natty Daddys and 1 Energy drink also on my bill, even though these were not anywhere near the checkout. I asked the cashier to remove these items, he hesitated, appeared to not know how, and then pretended to remove the extra items. He told me he refunded the extra money charged to my card. When I checked my balance at home, the original charge was the only transaction from the store. I emailed the contact number, no response. My only guess is that this guy does this on a regular basis to unwitting customers, and maybe the management doesn't mind. Just going by their lack of response to my email. Just check your receipt.

I hardly ever write reviews of establishments, nevermind negative ones, but my partner and I were…read moretreated so rudely by the woman at the checkout counter that I suddenly feel compelled. She demanded to see our IDs the moment we opened the door (we're both in our thirties) and when we asked a question, she continued to berate us for ID's faster than we could remove them from our pockets. Every sign on the door said that ID's were required at CHECK OUT, and that seemed to be true for every other of the five customers who walked in during this period, except for us. When we asked about whether they had a product and the answer was "no," we stood by the door to google other shops since it's frostbite weather and were stared down intently, uncomfortably, and creepily. Terrible experience; will not be returning, obviously. We went to Primo Glass after and they were really kind, only asked for ID at purchase and treated us like human beings; wild concept.

As for the other tobacco products that people may buy or the vaping products that they may desire, this little shop serves the purpose. it is very cramped in this shop but I don't think many people are looking at hanging out at the local smoke shop. Parking is adequate but if you are driving on Washington Ave, you could blow right by it if you are not looking close enough sitting right across from the clean and fresh rebuilt cumbies. The guy working behind the counter was very personable and seeing as to how I have gone into some of these places to buy cigars before and I have felt like I am doing something illegal or dirty by going in there with the folks that work there ... he was friendly and accomodating and wanted to know what kind of occasion I was buyng the stogies for.

She opened the door and it was me and another person at the same time. I asked if there were craves. There was one type, but not the one I was looking for. She began to help the other customer (perfectly fine, we got there at the same time). I was contemplating if I was going to get another type since my usual type wasn't in stock. I decided not to buy a vape, so as she was helping the other customer I said "thank you anyways" and began to exit. She says as I am walking out "I can only help one customer at a time you should be more patient." I replied "I was looking for a different type of crave" and the worker mentioned how I needed patience again! It was pretty rude.
