There's are gaps 3/4" between all boards.the boards were all screwed tight to each other. The shrinking is excessive. Each board is splitting. Checking. Cupping. And the grain is separating in the middle.ther is no fixing it. Called b and b someone came out. Said they can't do anything about it. This is unacceptable.its an inferior product. The wood looks like it's been in desert for twenty yrs. Don't buy lumber from here period. It looks great now but when it drys u will be sorry! Don't believe me. Build u a 5,000.00 deck and find out. I chose them because the wood was number one and was perfect. It would have been beautiful stained. But now it's a hazard with gaps 3/4" between boards. The hand rail caps have 1/2" gaps in joints. I even paid more money then other wood suppliers. They sent a certified letter tome so I wouldn't sue them. Rediculous! You have been wRned

Servpro of Chattanooga offered me $2,000 to write a five-star Google review for them instead of…read moresharing my story. On May 18, 2024, my home caught on fire, luckily a neighbor spotted the flames and called the fire department. My insurance company recommended Servpro for the cleanup. After checking their Google reviews, I decided that I would work with them. Working with Servpro was an absolute nightmare. One of their technicians punched a hole in the floor of my tub/shower with a ladder and another used packaging tape to construct a plastic barrier to keep out fumes which resulted in paint being torn off two walls in my kitchen. Multiple members of Servpro's management team promised me that all the damage would be resolved to my satisfaction, but it wasn't. Servpro's first attempt at remedying the situation was to connect me with a company that could put a patch in my tub/shower at my expense. I promptly made it clear that I would not accept that offer. After getting my insurance agent involved, they decided they would pay a contractor to remedy the damage they had caused, but after seeing the initial estimate they backtracked. Servpro then offered me $1,500 (this was roughly 20% of what the initial estimate to remove and replace the shower had been) to remedy the damage. After some back and forth and making it quite clear that they weren't going any higher we settled on $2,000. There was one sticking point that I just couldn't get past. In order to receive any compensation for the damage to my home they demanded that I write a five-star Google review for them. Initially I agreed but I let them know of my displeasure. On the day I was to receive my check they presented me with a non-disparagement agreement and a non-disclosure agreement to sign. It was at that point that I told them I would rather share my story than lie for them. They of course did not see asking me to write a five-star review for them asking me to lie for them. When you see there multiple five-star reviews ask yourself how many of them were paid for.

We are over 2 weeks out from selecting our product and we have been lied to over and over again about when the countertops will be installed. We've been given every excuse- Our slab broke, they had a miscommunication with our paperwork, Covid, literally every excuse. Not only were they dishonest, we were completely disrespected by the owner and his wife on multiple phone calls. It escalated to the point of the owners wife, Natalie screaming at my husband because he called her out about lying again about our install date. I am disgusted by their behavior. No one wants to rip out their kitchen and be without what you're promised. We were given an initial quote, then a second quote that was $2000 more. Do not use this business!!!!!

My husband and I purchased a piece of property to build on in Scottsboro, AL. We selected a custom…read morehome builder who provided all of our building supplies and subcontractors. It was a difficult process dealing with the builder after our project began. We encountered a problem with our custom kitchen cabinet installation. When they were installed it created a large gap between the lower cabinets and the framed wall that holds the refrigerator. The gap was large enough that caulk or silicone could not be used to solve the problem. The builder didn't agree that this was an issue for us. Food and liquid that spilled on the counter would go into this gap and could not be cleaned up. We asked for a side splash matching our countertop granite and the builder would not pay to solve the problem. I called the supplier, Granite Empire, to discuss our concern. I spoke with Lecindra and she was very helpful and understanding. She looked up our account, found the granite that matched and provided the side splash to solve our problem. I wish it had been this easy dealing with our builder. Granite Empire is a great company to work with. Wendy W.
