And we paid him in full. Then he added tons of big ugly rocks and boulders in the flower beds that we never asked for or wanted. Now he is sending us an additional bill for $32,000 for the rocks on top of the $6,000!! We have asked him to come pick up the rocks but he refuses and says he can't get a refund for them. Very shady and illegal! Then there is a whole different issue regarding a loan he had us take out for $75,000 to remodel our swimming pool. He told the finance company the work has been completed. But the work hasn't even been started. The finance company has already given him the money and is now sending us monthly bills. But he wasn't supposed to get the money until after the work was finished which we were told could take a year! We have asked to have a meeting with the concrete guy and the swimming pool guy that he found for us, but now he's ignoring us and not returning our calls or texts. Very sketchy, shady, fraudulent, and illegal!!

Before he got started he said he missed figured the job and wanted to charge me $380.00 more. I agreed. I should have ran the other way then. When he showed up to do the first section of the job he brought what he called a new product he wanted to try. As it turned out it was a cheaper product. He said he would use puppy pads to keep the stain off the concrete. No puppy pads and I have stain on the concrete and the coverage was terrible. He said he would touch it up when he came back to finish the job. Before coming back to finish the job he called and said he had miss figured again and went up on his price $750.00 more dollars. That was enough. I had to get another Fence Co to finish the job. Kelly will over promise and under deliver..... Beware!!!!
