I paid these guys (at the time they were called "Paving Contractors " but same address and same people) to chip seal my small road, they gave me an estimate and then for a few more dollars they would chip seal my drive as well. They did the drive, but only spread rocks on the road with no sealant. They promised to come back and fix it, but it has been over two years and they have not showed up and changed their name. read more

Chip and Seal Chip Sealing or Chip and Seal uses the same ingredients as asphalt concrete paving, but the construction method is different. With chip seals, a thin film of heated asphalt liquid is sprayed on the road surface, followed by the placement of small aggregates ("chips"). The chips are then compacted to place the chips for maximum adherence to the asphalt, and excess stone is swept from the surface.
