The first pair of lenses were placed wrong in the frame, and I almost fell a few times due to the placement, and the right lense was blurry. It made me dizzy. I went back because it wasn't working, and i could tell it wasnt me and i wasn't going to adjust to it as the said to wait a few weeks...i think there is only a 30 day period to get things right before they dont care anymore. My right lense is still blurry. They are unusable as it makes me dizzy due to one being correct and the other blurry. I can't "adjust" to it as they advised. I spent hundreds of dollars for basically something I can't use. I had to insist they retest and correct them. My daughter cant use hers either.My family will have to go elsewhere next time. My insurance starts over soon. Good thing January is just about a week away so I will be able to see again, out of both eyes.

I asked for her opinion on frames and she was very helpful. Donna greeted me and took me back for exam, and took care of me when I came back to pickup my glasses. She answered all my questions. Very customer focused. Overall, I couldn't ask for better service. Everyone that helped me was friendly and courteous. That's why I continue to return. Thank you for again for another nice experience!

Valley didn't like giving me my Rx so I could buy glasses online ; made me wait a long time and…read morenever provided the PD. At my appointment months later , Dr Hogge got aggressively angry. I had broke my eyeglasses and needed a pair until my insurance kicked in. I just used drug store glasses after that or a magnifying glass. Nice folks at Valley until their not .
