Meanwhile if you go to the Stiiizy in Marina they have two security guards and actually run the place like a real business that cares about customers and safety. Here it just feels sketchy and disorganized and the products look like theyre waiting to get stolen. Customer service is basically nonexistent too. Once you walk out the door youre stuck with whatever garbage they sold you. No exchanges no accountability nothing. They claim they price match but they couldnt even price match their own price which tells you everything you need to know. The Hispanic manager who is usually here in the mornings straight up lied to me and said there were no managers available to fix the price even though there literally was one there. The guy looked high and clearly didnt care. Honestly the whole place just feels shady overpriced and badly run. Ive started only coming by later in the day when that manager isnt around and even then its still not great. Between the lack of security the lies about pricing and the zero customer service this place feels like a total ripoff. If you want a dispensary that actually acts like a business youre better off going somewhere else.

Some of the workers are not well educated on the products, however. When asking specifics on the differences between products, many of the employees couldn't answer my questions so I had to google it. Many of them also appear to be VERY high when working. One time, my boyfriend and I came in and there were no people inside. Big store, 5+ workers, all not busy. The highest mf comes up to us at the oil/wax section and asked what we were looking for. This is when I started asking her opinions and what she likes, what's the the best price and she had zero info to give. She didn't know the difference between different brands/textures and was just reading labels off the containers as if we couldn't read them ourselves. She was also giggling a bunch and was just being super unprofessional. She was so far gone idek how they let her work that day. She couldn't assist us at all so we ended up saying we needed a min to think so she'd walk away and we could get someone else's help. I understand working at a dispensary and maybe being a little "buzzed" but being that stoned while trying to sell product is embarrassing. This experience will not stop me from returning again, however, as their product is great, their glass selection is cool, their ambiance is awesome and the people are typically really nice.
