I decided to chat with a rep to confirm the quote would cover the rooms/stairs I was wanting done, and it was confirmed. I even then got an appointment for the next morning, which was wonderful. Two gentlemen, John and Braiden showed up the next morning, and after walking them through the rooms, I kept expecting them to come back and say the quote wasn't valid, but that wasn't the case. I signed a document stating the $255 was the final price. They got immediately to work, and they were fantastic. They were in and out of here in less than 2 hours, did an AMAZING job, were truly professional through the whole process, and the carpet dried in just a few hours, as they promised. I would have no problems in recommending them to any of my friends, and I would definitely use them again. He cleans the carpet with a special cleaning vacuum system even specially treating small areas as necessary. For furniture with wooden legs, he places small plastic blocks under the legs to prevent water damage to the wood. When he is satisfied with the results, he installs many blowers plugged into your home making sure the carpet is dry. In our case, they ran overnight. But really important, he is meticulous and a perfectionist making sure that the carpet is in perfect condition when he finishes. He is very friendly as you would expect from Central Oregon folks.

The estimator was friendly and gave me a reasonable quote for a deep clean and as I requested bi-weekly house cleaning. I've been using Cleaner Living for almost three months now and I've had the same house cleaner, Sonia, the entire time. She's thorough, very friendly and considerate. We work from home with dogs and she easily works around us and the chaos. Our house looks great and I look forward to her visits. Oh! I almost forgot, Cleaner Living is an eco-friendly cleaning service and uses non-toxic, hypoallergenic, green cleaning supplies. If you are allergic to scents they won't use any. We usually choose lemongrass or peppermint because they smell amazing. I've been telling all my neighbors in Northwest Crossing about this service, I just love it. I have had a cleaner that did the whole house herself in 6 hours and did very well but hadn't been available. So why even quote that price in the beginning if it's impossible? So I said no thank you and contacted the previous cleaner who was now available and she did the whole house herself 6 and a half hours for 280. And she did things that were on their list as extra, which would have cost even more. Things like making the beds and emptying all the trash are considered extra. The things they consider a deep clean are really just a regular clean.
