I understand that a store can have a policy stating that all sales are final or that opened…read morepackages cannot be returned. If that is your policy, that's one thing, and customers should be able to understand and respect that. What I have a problem with is being told over the phone that it is illegal in California to resell a holster simply because the package was opened. That is not an accurate statement. An opened but unused holster is not automatically illegal to resell under California law. I purchased this holster after being told it would fit my firearm. I took it home, opened the package, and checked the fit, only to discover that it did not fit. The holster was never carried, used, damaged, or altered. I simply wanted to return an unused product that did not fit as I was told it would. I completely understand if your store has a policy that says "all sales are final" or "no returns on opened packages." If that's the policy, then clearly state that policy to customers. It would also be helpful to specifically state that opened packages cannot be returned rather than telling customers that California law prohibits you from reselling the item. What made the situation even more frustrating was the rude attitude I received and the implication that I was somehow trying to get a free holster. I paid for the product and was simply attempting to return or exchange it was an unused item that didn't fit. My recommendation is simple: be transparent about your actual return policy and make sure employees provide customers with accurate information about California law and the DOJ. A straightforward explanation of the store's policy would have been much more professional than giving customers incorrect information and treating them as though they were doing something wrong.

Purchase 3 pairs online... one was coming from Texas one out of Ceres and the last from Sacramento. I'm receiving notification of where my packages are at. I'm waiting for the last one from Texas , so I call to confirm that both shoes are in the store. WSS employee answers the phone greets me but I could understand him bc he spoke super fast so it sounded like mumbling. I told him I wanted to confirm that my shoe were there bc I was notified that it was. He then gets his manager, I wanted to confirm my shoe were in... this dude says " You know what had happen was fedex dropped them off- and probably picked them back up thinking it was an out going package, and they just come and go we don't communicate with them too often." WAIT TF YOU MEAN YA DONT COMMUNICATE WITH YA VENDORS WHO HAVE TO SCAN EACH PACKAGE WHEN RECEIVING AND SHIPPING THEM OUT AND HAVE TO SIGN FOR THEM???? Assuming WSS would help by tracking my package THAT WAS ALREADY IN THE STORE WAIT TO BE PICKED UP BY THE CUSTOMER... they send to contact fedex ground to find out where it's at! MY PACKAGE WAS SIGNED BY A CAMILA OBVIOUSLY THAT ISNT ME!!!! Sounds like some shady stuff going on with WSS EMPLOYEES AND FEDEX GROUND!!! Thinking it was going to be a quick come up ! So just be careful f&cking with WSS . I only received 2 pairs out of 3 that I purchased. And whenever confronted with question about the last pair they confuse about what I'm asking like I'm speaking another language????? Still waiting on the pair or my f@cking refund!!!!!!! I really wanted to hold off on writing this review until my issue was resolved but with the lack of…read morecommunication and negligence I feel the need to warn others about this business. I came in to buy a washer and dryer for my new home. The store is divided into new appliances, used, and a eclectic collection of furniture. The owner of the business was friendly and helped me select a washer and dryer pair which was promptly delivered the next day. Also of note, the store has a warranty where they'll address any issue up to a year after purchase. Here is where the issue began. The men who delivered the appliances bought the units to the laundry room and installed them in a timely manner. After they installed the dryer and ran a test cycle, I could hear an awful banging/ clanking sound coming from the machine. After a few tries to fix the sound they decided that their job was done. HOWEVER. When I went up to run the machine to check that everything was in working order, I noticed that the dryer was STILL making a noise. When I went back down to the garage to ask them about the problem they were GONE. They were in so much of a hurry they didn't even ask me to verify the items were delivered in good condition - they practically ran out the house! So I called the owner and told him about the situation to which he came back out the next day. He arrived and disassembled the dryer to fix the sound that it was making. Quite odd if the dryer is supposedly brand new - why would a brand new unit need to be disassembled already? I was in the middle of moving so I told him that I was going to the other house (just five minutes down the road) to pack up the last of my belongings, but to just let me know when he's about to leave so that I can come right back. Instead, he just texted me to let me know that the dryer is fixed now and that he left. So upon my return, I went to run another cycle on the dryer and lo and behold, it's still making the banging/clanking sound. Repeat the whole thing again. I recorded a video of the dryer running and sent it to the owner. He returns again, checks the dryer, and just tells me that there's nothing wrong. Obviously it wasn't working properly because I can visually see something banging up against the side wall of the dryer in addition to the noise. I sent him another video to let him know the issue was never resolved and the dryer is still making a banging sound while running. To note, the load wasn't off balance or anything. Regardless of the size of the load - full load, small, light, heavy, empty - it's still making that banging sound while running. Unsurprisingly, he stopped responding to my text messages. I can see that he reads them, but no response. I regret patronizing this establishment and should have just went to a big box store instead. Now I'm stuck with a defective dryer since they have a "no return" policy which isn't fair if the unit isn't working properly from the very beginning!
