I bought quite an expensive pillow from Discount Beds a few days ago. Even at that stage I was impressed by the approach of the staff, who were most helpful, didn't pressurise, and allowed you to take your time in choosing between alternatives.
Unfortunately, my choice turned out to be an unwise one: the pillow I had rather optimistically selected in the hope that it would improve my sleeping posture proved to be much too firm for me. My own fault---I should have chosen more carefully.
So I took it back today in the hope they might agree to exchange it. This they did, with absolutely no hesitation, and showed me other pillows that might prove more suitable. I chose one, again after being given time to try them out, and was agreeably surprised when they insisted on refunding me with the difference in price, the second pillow being £5 cheaper. Some stores would not do this.
The whole experience of dealing with Discount Beds has been an absolute pleasure and I would recommend them unhesitatingly. read more
