I had to reach out. Not good business practices. Just because their cheaper doesn't mean there better. Could have paid more and had it fix today. I had my son take out the element and I took it in to them. The walls were lined with different elements! This nice guy sized them up, climbed up on a stepladder, and retrieved a perfect match. I love it that in this time of Home Depot's and Amazon's, there are still places like Morgan's and Palmer's. And I love that I can bake again!

I'll chalk this experience up to a "learning opportunity." What should have been a simple $2…read moreflapper replacement for a slightly annoying leaky toilet turned into a far more expensive (and stressful) tank replacement. On the advice of a friend, I chose to replace the complete innards of the tank because the new system would make my toilet "more efficient." Efficiency went out the door the second I over tightened the bolts on the tank and cracked the porcelain. For those who haven't cracked a porcelain toilet before, repair is technically possible using an epoxy and a handful of hope, but eventually the crack will worsen and fail. Why would the crack worsen? The water that refills the tank is much colder or hotter than room temp and those temp changes cause the cracks to contract/expand over time and worsen. The net result would be a complete flood once the tank breaks. Why all this background? My first trip to get the tank was to a typically big box home improvement store. There, the solution was only a new toilet (~$100+) and a fair amount of work tearing out the old toilet and installing the new one. At Ferguson's, the extremely knowledgable staff was able to determine a replacement tank that fit my current bowl perfectly. The tank was slightly different than the original, but fit just as well, had all the innards pre-installed and cost only $40. I had the tank replaced within 10min of arriving home and can now rest easy that my tank won't explode or leak while away at work one day. This particular site has nearly every plumbing supply you could ever need. The prices are clearly comparable or better than the big box stores and the staff is definitely more knowledgable. If I ever decide to go all "Tim Allen" on my plumbing again, these will absolutely be the first people I call. And so should you.....

Went in at 12:30 to buy a couch with my homegirl and her kid. I need others to go with me through the whole sit on the sofas process to find The One. We were met by Danny the aggro salesman. I get it. Covid and commission...The guy tried to sell me on a Pay $50 today and finance the rest. Um, everyone should know furniture financing is a scam by now. You end up paying waaaay more in the long run, and if you're gonna pay within their "interest free" time frame, you might as well save the money and buy the couch later, versus the additional $1000+ they add immediately during the "financing". What he described to me was a lease to own and I can't get jiggy with how he tried to sell that as my option to having the furniture. This place obviously preys on those who don't have the complete funds for their purchase and it shows. There was a hefty line of poor saps giving into the "financing". I declined and leave at 1 to pick up a food order I placed and didn't have time to wait in line as the suckers do "financing". Come back around 1:30 and there's a guy on the ground with blood all over him at the front steps! A few seconds after pulling into this cluster fudge, the ambulance and fire department rolls in, and I'm just shocked as to what's going on. What happened in 30 minutes? Why is there so much blood? Apparently one of the employees had a seizure and hit himself on the concrete and started gushing blood and the savages, I mean, salesperson was just like...just walk around him... And I'm like... Okie dokie. Gotta get my couch for the low low, ya know? But the commotion caused a lot of the people in line to scatter, so I walked right up to the counter to buy the sofa after declining their "warranty". My Apple Pay doesn't work, so I had to leave again...right next to seizure and blood guy...to get my card 20 minutes away... was assured my same day delivery spot would still be available after grabbing my card. Come back at 4:00 to buy the couch and was told right before I was gonna pay that the delivery might need to be the next day, and y'all should've seen how quickly I took my card back. I pulled the "Imma need you to deliver same day or I'm not buying the couch." From what I can tell, I'm the only person not financing my purchase at the moment. Just paying the roughly $1400 out right. Suddenly, I was told the delivery driver had time deliver after 6pm and would call an hour before delivery. I get the call at 6 they were 15 minutes away. They show up 5 minutes later. The delivery guy tried to get me to sign the delivery confirmation before actually putting the sectional in my house. Nah. Y'all gonna have to put the 3 piece sectional in the house before I sign anything and pay for that $85 ridiculous delivery fee. Odd couch buying experience. Saved money and was able to get my sectional same day, instead of waiting an eternity for my delivery. But dealing with super sketchy tactics to essentially entrap you into paying double and signing without verification is no bueno. Don't buy from them if the furniture is not in stock or you can't afford to pay same day. I am enjoying my sectional.

The Countertop has a LIMITED lifetime warranty covering original workmanship defects. You have a one year warranty covering original workmanship defects in topside and edge band surfaces. As with ANY stone/granite surface, chips and cracking may occur. If you are interested, we can sell you a replacement countertop at a reduced price. The fact that there are two similar cracks at corners suggests a stress or fabrication issue rather than a single accidental impact. Yet they can't help me. Don't waste your money as they are not cheap! Still waiting on them to reply to my last email.
