I went in for an estimate because the appraiser for my insurance had already come up with an amount…read morefor the repair and the broad working the front desk was the rudest and ugliest person I have ever encountered. Every time I spoke she cut me off. As soon as I walked in she said "we aren't scheduling until April" and I said that's fine. She went out took all the pictures and what not and just refused to give an estimate. She made every excuse to NOT give an estimate. I'm just like give the damn estimate. I initially went because of the reviews, but her customer service is severely lacking. When you are hard to look at physically, your attitude shouldn't match the outer appearance. So, I wouldn't recommend just on the cave woman's attitude alone. Thinking back, maybe she just didn't want MY business (if u get my drift). Because their reviews are so "they treated me like family/friend" lol. To all POC, learn to pick up on those social ques they throw out. I didn't.

From the owner: A Quality Repair Is Not by Accident!…read more Shane Faulkner started out as an apprentice for L. J. Livingston. Mr. Livingston had a family-owned and -operated body shop for over 30 years along with his wife. Shane worked for Mr. and Mrs. Livingston for over 6 years, until, in 2000, they gave Shane the opportunity to purchase their body shop. Faulkner Collision Center was created and remained family owned and operated by Shane and his wife, T. K. We have now been in business for over 16 years. In 2001, our daughter was born. She has become the focus of most of our advertising. The first major ad was a billboard which featured her and the catch phrase, My Daddy Can Fix It. The catch phrase stuck and is now our website address - which is where you found us!
