The people here were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all the options, the differences between ceramic and carbon tint, and what would work best for my car. They answered all my questions before the appointment, kept me updated, and followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with the results. They made it clear several times that if I wasn't completely satisfied, I could bring the car back and they'd make it right. Xpel of Little Rock removed the old film and reinstalled. They were True professionals and did a phenomenal job the way that it should've been done the first time. I will bring every car that I have back to them for any of their services. I would not hesitate letting them work on any vehicle. They certainly are not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. I said something to the office manager about it and she claimed she didn't remember our phone conversation when I specifically stated what I wanted. She was rude af & didn't offer any kind of solution. Second thing is they bent the bracket on my rear dash cam so badly I had to replace it! Of course they didn't tell me about it & I didn't notice it until I got back home. I called and once again spoke to the office manager & asked her if this was normal. She said she didn't know & put one of the installation guys on the phone. What a joke! I actually chose D&D because they've been around 30 plus years, despite the fact that I had several other quotes that were $50 cheaper. Big mistake on my part!! Terrible experience, won't be back & I suggest to anyone that considers using this place to reconsider!!
