Used this company before and the owner did an amazing job. I made another appointment and the owner…read moredidn't tell me he no longer works there full time. I show up and he has another guy working for him which is fine. The new guy went up on the price by $50. I was originally quoted $300. I agreed to pay the $350 and Was told that this guy has been detailing for 22 years yet my vehicle wasn't even half way detailed. All I can tell was the carpet was shampooed. Debris was still in my storage arm rest, my cup holder, my entire vehicle was smeared as if the wax wasn't all the way wiped on, water stains all over, sun visions still dirty, entire ceiling on vehicle still with debris. The guy who did the work texted me wanting me to come right away to get the vehicle as he was ready to leave at 2pm. Business hours state this place closes at 5pm. I told hike to leave the key in the car and I would get there asap. I also sent him a $50 tip via zelle and paid through zelle. I contacted the owner immediately and he told me the same guy would fix the issues next Monday which is a week later. I told him I was no longer comfortable with the employee and the Owner said to bring it back and he had one hour. No thank you, one hour to redo my entire car? no thanks. Asked for a partial refund and got the I'll send a check. Check still hasn't arrived 20 days later. Called yesterday and Owner said he's in Florida and hasn't had The time to write the check yet and he then blocked me.

These people may do good work, but if their reliability of following through on what they say they will do is an indication of their work, I doubt it. I will never go back. richard Hodur

He and his staff took the time to thoroughly look over my vehicle for hail damage and provided a detailed estimate completely free of charge. What really stood out was how low-pressure the whole process felt--no sales tactics, no pushing me into repairs, just honest and straightforward help. He was patient, answered my questions, and made sure I understood my options. It's not always easy to find someone trustworthy in this space, but this was definitely one of those experiences. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing collision or hail damage repair.

Collin, the Accessories Manager, was extremely knowledgeable and made the process easy from start to finish. He took his time explaining all the features and made sure everything was working perfectly. I also had the chance to meet the owner, Tom Nemec, who was very welcoming. He shared more about their other services like ceramic coating and undercarriage protection, and mentioned that CarSmart has been in business for over 60 years, which says a lot about their reputation and quality. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product, the installation, and the customer service. I would highly recommend Car Smart to anyone looking to upgrade or protect their vehicle.
