I would highly recommend Familia Automotive and owner Klent along with his staff, especially Tim,…read morefor their honesty, patience, and excellent customer service. I have a 2000 Montero Sport, and as anyone with an older vehicle knows, repairs can sometimes come with a few humps and bumps along the way. Klent was very transparent throughout the entire process and even showed me videos explaining the issue with my fuel sending unit/gas gauge problem, which was causing my gas light to come on even when the tank wasn't empty. The part took a little time to order, but he stayed patient and kept me informed every step of the way. What stood out most to me was the honesty and integrity. When my horn stopped working, Klent initially believed I needed a new horn, but after speaking further with Tim, he realized it was only the relay. Instead of charging me for unnecessary repairs, he immediately corrected it, located the relay locally through O'Reilly, and had Tim install it the very same day. My horn now works perfectly, and I truly appreciated that level of honesty and efficiency. Another thoughtful gesture was when Klent noticed the attachment for my gas cap had broken off. As a courtesy, he replaced it so I would no longer risk losing the gas cap. Small acts like that truly matter. Overall, I received a tune-up, spark plugs, oil change, diagnostics, and several repairs, and I left feeling valued as a customer. The atmosphere was always warm, welcoming, and respectful. Thank you, Klent and Tim, for taking such good care of my Montero Sport. I truly appreciate your professionalism and kindness, and I look forward to returning for future maintenance and oil changes. Not…read moreonly did it take this place exactly 30 days to repair the car, Nathanial wasn't very attentive and rarely kept in touch; I'd call and he'd tell me they had finished the day or two before and he meant to call. The workmanship was subpar and half completed, parts that were supposed to be replaced hadn't been and new things were busted or not working. Yeah they did amazing on the paintwork but in every other aspect they did subpar. About a three weeks later as I was driving around 40mph all of a sudden my hood flew up and smashed the window. This turned out to be due to them breaking my hood latch which I was told about when leaving the shop. I should have pressed them to replace the latch because I was told they caused the latch damage when picking it up. I involved the state bar but this place decided it wasn't at fault. I've been since building a case against them and will be taking them to court. I am so unhappy with this shop and regret going to them so much
