Oh Avidya, Ignorance Is Not Bliss…read more Yogiraj SatGurunath Siddhanath's direct lineage to Babaji is through Satyananda Giri and Hariharananda Giri, who were both contemporaries of Paramahansa Yogananda, as well as direct disciples of Sri Yukteswar Giri. The direct line from Janavatar Sri Yukteswar via Yogavatar Lahiri Mahasaya is well documented, established and recognized. So for anyone to state anything contrary to these facts, exemplifies a complete lack of accurate information and the historical facts as they occurred. Furthermore, Anandamai Ma Herself, acknowledged Yogiraj as Avatar, when She told Him that "You are your own Guru". So for anyone to condemn, and/or judge, such an advanced and evolved Soul, is to show one's complete ignorance of the Nath lineage and Kundalini Kriya Yog, which was given to Lahiri Mahasaya by the Great Mahavatar Babaji on Dunagiri Hill in 1861. I hope this clarifies the issue of direct lineage; same tree, different branch.

Practising Yogiraj Gurunath's Kriya Yoga will never lead to actual enlightenment but to the…read moreassimilation of the practitioner's soul in Gurunath's own consciousness. He acknowledged himself during his retreats and YouTube videos that with repeated practice of his kriya techniques the star we imagine in the spine during the practice solidifies astrally, we merge our soul with the star and when this happens he, Yogiraj Gurunath, appears in Ajna chakra as the larger star so that we can merge into him. In this way, one's freedom and free will are completely lost, the person whose soul is assimilated in this way becomes totally dependent on him and this process is irreversible. He also induces in the practitioner of his Kriya other people's karma therefore rendering the practice completely useless for the practitioner's own spiritual development.

We started to have monthly prayer nights and believe we are starting to see the beginnings of revival!

The interior of the temple, has been created with loving energy and has prayer spaces inside, that gives out a pervading feeling of peace. I also occasionally go there on Friday nights just to meditate & pray. When I attend Sunday Services, I have noticed the service "type" changes depending on which Sunday, it is of the month. The speakers come from all religions, backgrounds & faiths. This includes: American Indian, Greek Mythology, Hindu, Buddhist, Wiccan, etc. Each Sunday you learn about a new Woman "empowerment figure" which is someone we can feel proud of. The message is multi-platformed with practical messages to help improve yourself and your families lives. This includes relationship / dating discussions, holistic health, caring for the environment, and ways to help your family. It also has guided, relaxing, meditation with incense blown on you with a feather, to help release any baggage from the week ... I feel spoiled. Being there, gives a feeling of camaraderie with other women, a feeling of peace, and the dancing / music making is FUN! I really feel, I have learned something practical that I can use to improve my life after listening to the talk on Sunday. There is a vegetarian potluck buffet after the service. Everyone brings something to share, then we visit and enjoys each others company. Ava has made this a wonderful sanctuary for women.

My walk…read morewith the Lord has been strengthened because of the teaching, different ministries and relationships I have made. No place is perfect and everyone is on their own walk with God. The important thing to me is that I feel intimacy with the Lord through worship and I am being fed with sound biblical teaching each week. The women's ministry is so sweet and I have loved all the events I've been able to attend. My small group is so great and I feel blessed with the younger and older women I have met through the ministry. My kids love kid's ministry, and all the people who teach and lead have been amazing!! 2 of the 3 services, Pastor Greg is on a screen from the other campus, but if that's an issue, you are able to come to the one he is there in person. So you have the option. It is a bigger church, but not a mega church in my opinion. Worship and every other part of the service is live and in person, so it doesn't feel impersonal to me. I thank God for this church and pray for continued blessings from our Heavenly Father to continue to work through it !

Everyone is so kind and welcoming. With a great diversity of people from all types of backgrounds. We all accept each other even if we are different. The worship is incredible and the service times make it easy for most people. I have been to so many churches in OC but none stress discipleship like Harvest. For those who get involved, you will be looked after, cared for, challenged to grow in your faith. The focus is prayer and discipleship. Spiritual growth comes from having close relationships with others like you who want to grow. Each person helps each other through love and fellowship. One of the other great elements of Harvest is our senior pastor Greg Laurie. Every week, we get the best messages. It is a blessing to be a part of this church.
