Okay I know I'm beginning to sound like a broken record! This time my poor little is not herself…read more Sadly she is experiencing some back issues which is keeping her from moving around comfortably. She lays down then upon trying to get up she struggles. So I called Lisa and explained the situation to her so when I drop off my dog they know what to expect. Got to say Lisa has such a great staff. When I arrived there was no issue one of the groomers came right and picked up my dog very carefully and brought her in to get prepped for grooming. Honestly I did not know what to expect with regards to how she was during the time she was being groomed. Apparently she did really good, no squirming, no wincing or crying in discomfort. It pays to always communicate any problems concerns or issues before you drop your dog off this way everyone is on the same page. Great job Le Beastro!

Nail trims have always been a huge issue for us, especially at the vet. They would leave his nails too long, and over time the quick kept growing out, turning his nails into literal bear claws. It got to the point where I didn't think we'd ever get them back to a normal, healthy length. I originally found Jess for my labradoodle Mabel and just happen to ask her about my Louie's nails . Not only did she trim his nails as short as safely possible, she did it with incredible gentleness and patience. Louie was calm, comfortable, and completely at ease -- which NEVER happens. But what truly sets Jess apart is her knowledge and care. She's actively working on helping the vein recede over time so his nails can return to a normal length instead of those "eagle talons." Who even does that?! That level of attention, skill, and dedication is so rare. Jess doesn't just groom -- she genuinely cares about your dog's long-term health and comfort. We left him overnight and he came back with bumps all over his body and head, scratches everywhere. They claimed he was the aggressor- despite being completly fine all the other times we went to daycare. We asked many times to see the recordings and they denied us access to seeing it. Hoping we'll give up. Mitch- the manager is not good either, he claimed he'd call me back serval times and I had to keep calling. Eventually he stops replying. Don't send your dog here.

Was told mid -haircut that he was too matted and that they' had to cut his hair shorter than agreed upon. I would have appreciated if they would have called to ask if that was something I was okay with before proceeding to cut him shorter. My groomer asked if he was matted when we first arrived, we told him no and he felt around Hercules' coat but did not let us know if he was matted. Will not be going back.

However to my surprise my dog loves going to play and take a bath at this location. Anytime he realizes we are in the parking lot he is very excited.
