A lady asked what my name was at 1:15 and I informed her. She stated my food was ready and I should have received a text informing to come to the window. I informed no text has been received, she states well my food is ready. Get to the window to be told it's NOT ready it'll be another 8 mins. 8 mins turned into 30. When it was finally ready, there was no acknowledgment of the extra wait, nothing extra was offered, just a here's your food. Customer service is nonexistent. That's really sad because the food was really good. Hopefully this was just a bad day for them.
