Lupe Ornelas and his crew are absolutely the best, best, best company I have EVER worked with for anything that concerns my yard, landscaping, planting, etc. Here are some specifics about why this experience was so extraordinary. First of all, the communication between Lupe and my family has been stellar. Literally ANY time I would dash off a question or thought - he would text or email me back, generally within the hour and certainly within the day (often within minutes!)....and I KNOW how busy they are! Lupe also made us feel as though we were his most important customers yet I know we were a relatively small job for his company. He was just as concerned about my yard as I am. He and his guys anticipated things that I could not have known, pitfalls that the average homeowner is not privy to, and educated us all along the way so we could make the best decisions and protect our home and our investment. They are extremely efficient and FAST in getting the work done...astoninshingly so! You do not have to look at weeks of 'half-finished yard' as they will swoop in and transform your surroundings faster than you can imagine. Finally, perhaps most importantly, the quality of the work is just unsurpassed.
