They have a nice showroom, got the bike delivered straight to the doorstep. But when I tried to use…read morethe warranty I was flat out ignored. It took weeks to get anyone to at least talk to me since they never replied to emails or any of the automated contact forms. They'd just open yet another case than went nowhere. I finally managed to get a verbal admission that it was a manufacturing defect but after this again silence. Impossible to do anything like this. Ended up paying out of my own pocket to fix a bike that was already very expensive. I can't be expected to fly my bike to Koblenz just to get someone to acknowledge a customer needs attention and they have no service network to speak of (in Europe, where I live now). Unless you live in Koblenz or very close I would recommend against. I will most certainly not buy any future bike from there.
