If I i could leave 0 stars I would it charged me more than once and it didn't even wash my car right . Don't even bother

Don't waste your money, will not clean your car. Payed for the express wash, still dead bugs on the grill of my car as well as bird poop. It gave rain drizzle instead of power wash. read more

Used the self service bay last night which clearly states the wash costs $1 per minute. In order for the wash bay to activate, customers must deposit $3. To my surprise i was immediately charged $14.99 for a self service wash lasting 1:41. On top of the serious overcharge, the wash/rinse terminal is faulty soaping up cars in the rinse cycle. The whole experience was a disappointment. Do better!! read more

I'm not sure how the automated car wash does but absolutely don't come here for the self spraying capabilities! I've given them three chances and most of the stalls don't work! I just tried one last time and think I'll find a different place. Don't waist your money on this place,,, really, really bad. read more

The equipment was broken, the sprayer hose was cracked, I got as wet as the car, we tried several different stalls, the hose was broken on each one, we lost money on two different ones, finally gave up on the manual sprayers and tried to use the drive through car wash, it took our money and wouldn't wash the car, we paid $21.00 total and had to go to a different car wash to finish my car. read more

I came here to get my car washed in the automatic wash 8/18/18. While sitting in the bay the automatic washers broke and fell but luckily didn't hit or damage my car. I paid for the 12.00 wash and had to drive around to the other automatic wash bay because there was soap all over my car and underbody. I had to pay an additional 9.00 and my car still wasn't to my preference. I called the number on my receipt, no answer. I even went up and filled out a refund card,no response as of today. I will never patronize their business again! This is not good customer service, I was advised by my husband to not patronize this place because they are garbage! They don't even receive the one star... Also no one ever responded to me, I never received a refund or even an apology. read more

This place is horrible. Inserted $5.00 in quarters and got less than 2 minutes of wash time. Machine just ate the quarters. I left there dirtier than had entered. Friendly janitorial staff called someone about turning my bay back on and that ridiculous 4343 code did nothing but piss me off. Left with soap drying on my vehicle. Find a puddle to wash your car in. It'll save you some money and not piss you off or let you leave with soap drying on your vehicle. read more

Dirt Stripper is a self-serve 24/7 car wash on Crawfordsville Road. We chose the standard automated car wash which is just 9 bucks. It does a nice good and easy enough to use with card or cash. They also have spray bays car washes for those of you who hand wash. Vacuum machines are directly behind the car wash. My car was COVERED in Bradford Pear buds and starting to dry which means their like glue. The car wash removed all. Now of course, it started rainy again 1/2 hr. later but at least my car was free of tree buds. If you're in the area, give it a try sometime. read more

Just went through the $12 wash and I seriously think my car was cleaner before I went.I took pictures, but not sure where to post them. Very disappointing. read more

If I could give no or negative stars I would. This is a self service car wash. There are no attendants there. The vacuum cleaners suck. They won't even pick up a small dime size piece of paper. No suction at all. The carpet cleaner works when it wants too. The actual car wash part is ok as long as there's actually soap and stuff stocked in the brushes. Trash is always over flowing and the way the lot is set up if your just there to vacuum up something the vacs are behind the actual wash building which makes you slightly secluded. With there not being any other frequently operated businesses real close this is so Not safe. read more

No attendant working... the machine took my money and didn't wash my car, it dumped soap all over it then just stopped working... read more

It's near my home so it was convenient but then some of the bays where you do your own wash wouldn't work so most of the time I'd be wasting my money. You just have to get lucky and get the good bay. And on the drive through the garage doors won't work sometimes. Not refundable. You just get a free wash but on the owners schedule not yours. (Inconvenient) read more

Bay 1 and bay 3.. I went there yesterday #3 the knob was broken off so I couldn't switch setting. #1 I squeezed the handle absolutely nothing came out of nozzle. This used to be a good car wash now it totally sucks. The only thing that worked was your machines that were able to take the funds from my card but didn't give the service I paid for. The quality and cleanliness has gone downhill for the past several months thanks Steve G. read more

The machines are all junk. 2 separate machines in the self serve bay took $10 from me total and never activated! Just save yourself the time and goto Crew Carwash! They are the more reliable service this car wash was good in the early 2000's but now it should be demolished! read more

Went on Saturday morning at 9 AM, trying to find a bay that was not filthy, tried four different bays, credit card reader not working on multiple cards and all the quarter slots were taped over, I've been going here for years as I live down the street but it's time to find a new place. Apparently preventive maintenance and cleaning is not in their vocabulary. read more

i like to come here for the convenience of it on my commute but it does not clean or dry like other. dont get me wrong it does clean just not everything if that makes sense read more

I'm not sure how this is possible, but my car actually came out dirtier than it went in! I'm not sure if the water lines are dirty, or what the issue is, but I will have to take my car to get washed again this evening at a wash that I know will work. This was literally me throwing away $12. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could, but I purchased a $12 "works" automatic wash (their best product) and my car came out looking worse than it did before. It was a terrible job washing my car, just streaked the dirt/dust on my car. I Went back after work to see if I could run thru the wash once more but there's no office so it's a lost cause. I ended up going to Crew Carwash later on this afternoon to actually do the job. I learned my lesson today, always go to Cre no matter what! read more

Auto laser car wash. $12 for the works gets my car clean after parking at Klipsch music amphitheatre. Get that dust off.

NO STARS! The automatic car wash is a total rip off and I am still waiting for a call back. The automatic machine took an UNAUTHORIZED amount from my debit card. I've called the owner each day and left multiple voicemails. NO CALL BACK. I guess I have to call my friend Raphael Sanchez. Bad bad business, do not use your debit card ever. read more

This is the third time I have had issues. First time, there was not soap dispensed on the right side of my vehicle, second time there was still soap on my vehicle and yesterday it would not take my credit card and when i paid cash it did not give me change. Nothing letting me know it had no change to give or that the credit card was not being accepted....feeling taken advantage of. read more

I've only been once and the experience was terrible. I selected the Works in the automated wash. The blow dryers didn't work, so it left my car completely drenched and had to manually wipe down. It also didn't clean the rims as advertised at all. I called to maybe get a refund, or just see if the company cares about the service it's providing, but never received a callback. Don't go and waste your time and money. read more

Don't even want to give one star. Only takes coins for some things like the vacuums yet both change machines didn't work. Doesn't allow you to pause, even when you change the mode to "stop" on the hose to use the brush to scrub it still counts down your time on the hose and wastes your money. So I ended up shampooing and running out of time, scrubbed my car with the brush, and by the time I got back to the hose to rinse, all the dirt had dried on my car and didn't come off with the pressure rinse. This could have been easily avoidable if I could have paused my time to rinse in between shampooing and scrubbing but I just tried to do each round quickly but ended up wasting even more money on multiple rinses to get the dried dirt off. My boyfriend also stopped at a different station and the machine took his $5 without giving him anything or his money back. No office or personnel on site and called number listed multiple times with no answer. Absolutely horrible. Please don't come here, let this place go out of business. I literally never post on yelp so this shows you how horrible this place is. read more
