I brought it in for the employee to inspect the part and replace it with one that worked properly. The part had never been used. ( you would be able to tell if it had) and when swapping it with one from a different unit the device then, was working properly. He told me that they would not be able to honor my 90$ purchase with working accessories because "then the next person who bought one would have a broken part in their box.." He told me that I would most likely have better luck reaching out to the manufacturer. So In other words I am Sol because all sales are final...What a crock of $h*t. Do your research online first is my advice. What I paid 90 for at this store is available through online retailers for $49.00. Retailers who would never allow selling defective devices to be acceptable. I have spoken with yocan, the manufacturer, They have agreed to replace the defective part no questions asked. SMH 710. Very disappointed.

The first time there, we purchased 2 products that were roll ons and the other product was a lotion. Fast forward about a month, and my husband fell and broke 5 ribs. That was about a month ago. He was given pain meds, which help, but not like this lotion. We tried salon pas, lidocain sprays, lotions and biofreeze. None of it helped. Thats when we opened the lotion. I took just about a 1/4 tsp ammt and spread it over his area where the pain was. This are is the rib area for ribs 2-6 in front, but the pain went to his back also. Instant relief. Today I went back to buy this lotion that came in a tube. I entered after security, whom was very nice, and was greeted by Brigham. I told him what I wanted and he explained this lotion doesn't come in the tube anymore. Now it comes in a jar. Same ammount. He waited patiently while I called to see what strenth we had. Brigham was very nice. It should be of no surprize that anything that is actually great for what it is made for is also not inexpensive. Also, for anyone reading my review, dispensaries are cash or debit card only. Read the fine print on the website about returns. We have been very happy with the employees, the variety of the merchandise...and the location is great. About 20 miles from me, but they earned our business with this pain lotion.

Again, maybe I just don't get the hype but even with all the combinations they have the only person that loved it was our 13 year old granddaughter and I think she liked it because she heard that it was a great place and everyone loved it. She got on the bandwagon. There's no much else to say other than what's already been said in all the other reviews. It's a niche thing and I can see some people getting addicted to it simply because it's Swig.

They had SO many drinks and different flavor combinations to choose from which made it hard to decide, which I loved!! While we were waiting in line, I loved that they had helpers walking around handing out cups of cookies. They were really tasty and perfect I hope they continue to do that even after opening week because it made the experience feel extra welcoming! Even though it was super busy, the line moved pretty fast because they had so many people working and keeping things organized. The guy who helped us with the menu was really nice too and tried his best to explain all the drink choices because we didn't get to look at the menu :( I was also able to meet the founder, of Swig, Nicole!! In which I was able to get a picture with her! She was so nice, and you could definitely tell by the way she carried herself that she's definitely a boss who does a great job at what she does haha. Overall, this was such a fun first experience and I can't wait to go back and really explore the full menu!
