Even though he lives in VA, he had no issue meeting me at a public park where he wouldn't be in the hot sun, because I don't have a driveway. James has the most pleasant , patient personality ever - I had to change the date & time 4 times due to rain popping up, and he never even got irritated with me once! After some back and forth he did say that he could do it for $80 after looking at the pictures and said that he's mobile so he can come to us. He provided availability for the day that we were coordinating and I just needed to check and get back to him. When I got back to him a day later he said oh we're fully booked after I provided him the address no explanation whatsoever. Very very suspicious of the business practice.

I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) And I got the appointment for just a couple days following my call. Highly recommend Steven's work and their great customer service - Check them out! John from integrity replied to my Yelp request with a very reasonable quote and next-day availability, so I scheduled and appointment and hoped for the best. It looks and smells great, and he somehow managed to get everything out of the nooks and crannies under the seat. I was a little weary at first of hiring a new business with no ratings on Yelp, but I'm glad I took a chance, and I hope this review helps bring in new customers.
