Total Bible thumping m effer. Killa B had a very special pillow she took everywhere with her. A magenta pill shaped pillow with the word, "Imagine" in cursive embroidered on it. This thing had seen better days as it had started to lose its filling and get a bit dirty and become too old to clean but she loved it very much. When we returned our rental car, with all the hustle and bustle, she forgot it. Some of you might say, how could she forget something she loved so much. Well, we all make mistakes and Killa B is no exception, things happen. We emailed Enterprise rent a car but to no avail, it never turned up. Its been a year and I was sitting around thinking, hmmm, how do I outdo her birthday last year. I took her to Disney World. She always wanted to do that but this one had to be from the heart. Something no one would think of. Ah yes, the pillow. I went online and found an extremely similar pillow as far as color and size but lets be honest people, where am i gonna find a magenta pillow that looks like a pillow that says imagine on it? Cant be done. Enter 707 Embroidery Zone and Emily Kent and crew. I emailed them one afternoon on a whim thinking, they aren't going to take a little job like this. Within 10 or 15 minutes I get a very personable email back from this Emily person asking what she can do and what they can do and they are open to whatever I need. I explain the sitch in detail and I relay that this Emily person I have never met is an absolute Angel and she comes back with this kind of project makes her day. Mind you this is a very, very small job and I am going to a place that does mass jobs for people. Im talking hats, shirts, jackets...hey folks they even do vinyl wraps for cars and trucks.....they might even do the Saleen! Well they will if I can get some gainful employment...hint....hint anyone out there! I finally got the pillow in the mail and ran down there double time. Emily comes out with a damn halo over her head, cuz I told you shes an Angel and she is like the nicest young lady I have ever met and is just so down to earth. She made me feel right at home and super special cuz lets be realistic.....im a big ol dude in an embroidery place getting a little pillow sewn up. Kind of weird. She asked me every aspect of what I needed....oh dont let me forget the very nice lady at the front counter....she gave me a little tour of there showroom while i was waiting which was super cool. I told Emily I needed my project done by the 10th of September and she said no problem. They sent me several corresponding emails showing me mock ups and everything and it was done today and I picked it up. I presented it to my wife and we were both in tears. That says it all right there. A perfect job done by perfect people at a perfect price. I cant wait to go back for my vinyl wrap.

If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

However I noticed that there was an error with the spelling that day. I contacted the store letting them know that there was an error in the spelling, they first told me that they'll call me back on Monday unfortunately I did not receive a call back so I have to call them in which they told me to double check my spelling which I did. I went ahead and sent them an email to which they said that they would make me a new one and cover the cost of the sash unfortunately, I didn't have time to drive three hours there and back because I had a tight schedule and a photo shoot as well so I just kept it as is. Keep in mind to make sure that your spelling is completely correct before going ahead with the order but overall they were pleasant in store, but I just wish the spelling was correct and I had a refund.

We ordered about a dozen custom embroidered shirts for our business and confirmed our requested…read moredesign by fax since the business does not have email. The first round of shirts that arrived had our business name incorrect (turned our name into an acronym instead of spelling it out). The owner claimed that we must have given him the wrong information. He wanted us to take the shirts because he said that otherwise he would still have to pay for them and would just throw them away. We agreed to take them and pay him half for them, and that he would reorder new shirts with the correct design (which we would pay full price for). We weren't thrilled about this outcome but decided to just move on and get the correct shirts. We also made it very clear that we wanted to review a proof of the design before ordering the next round of shirts. Several weeks pass and we get a phone call saying our new shirts are in. We never saw any proof for them, the owner just went ahead and ordered them. Lo and behold, this batch was wrong too. He ordered the wrong quantity and mix of sizes. Again, he wanted us to take them and decided to pass the cost for his mistake onto his customers. We agreed to take them to just get the whole thing done with and behind us. During our last conversation with the owner of the company he expressed his anger that we weren't satisfied and were taking too long to pick up the final few shirts that were missing from our second order. I suggested that he not strong arm us into paying for the original incorrect order. His response was "why don't you act like a man and pay for them, I know you're wearing them." At this point I felt like the conversation was over and ended the call. The owner called back livid and used choice words such as "I'll see you in court" and "you little piece of crap". I would strongly recommend looking for another supplier and stay far away from these guys.
