If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

The first round of shirts that arrived had our business name incorrect (turned our name into an acronym instead of spelling it out). The owner claimed that we must have given him the wrong information. He wanted us to take the shirts because he said that otherwise he would still have to pay for them and would just throw them away. We agreed to take them and pay him half for them, and that he would reorder new shirts with the correct design (which we would pay full price for). We weren't thrilled about this outcome but decided to just move on and get the correct shirts. We also made it very clear that we wanted to review a proof of the design before ordering the next round of shirts. Several weeks pass and we get a phone call saying our new shirts are in. We never saw any proof for them, the owner just went ahead and ordered them. Lo and behold, this batch was wrong too. He ordered the wrong quantity and mix of sizes. Again, he wanted us to take them and decided to pass the cost for his mistake onto his customers. We agreed to take them to just get the whole thing done with and behind us. During our last conversation with the owner of the company he expressed his anger that we weren't satisfied and were taking too long to pick up the final few shirts that were missing from our second order. I suggested that he not strong arm us into paying for the original incorrect order. His response was "why don't you act like a man and pay for them, I know you're wearing them." At this point I felt like the conversation was over and ended the call. The owner called back livid and used choice words such as "I'll see you in court" and "you little piece of crap". I would strongly recommend looking for another supplier and stay far away from these guys.
