All in all, the people at the store I think are trying to be helpful... and they're nice people. But Xfinity is a terrible company, and a lot of the stuff you do becomes dependent on the corporate side of things, and they are vile beings. When you deal with corporate, they give out dead numbers, they don't contact you, they do all kinds of shady things. And the people at the store just get stuck in being your in person contact for the lowest of the low in the business world. So the store itself is typically nice people. But Xfinity is by far the absolute worst company I could ever deal with, and they are truly horrible and despicable. So this review isn't so much for the store, because chances are you'll be treated okay.... but I just want all of my fine Panama City residents to know that they should absolutely avoid Xfinity like it's the plague.
