We called support, which is 100 miles away from our location. A tech person came to our house a few days later and said he couldn't help us due to the weather. We asked if he could return later in the day, but he replied that he had other commitments in other communities. After that, we never heard from him again. We suggest that you not sign up with this company, because it seems to have only one tech person covering a rather large area in Eastern Montana. If there are other options, choose one so you won't be paying a monthly fee for something that doesn't work properly.

Today I called from my phone, the one with the account, and was told that I would get a call back within a short time. The call never came. I called them again and now I have to wait a lot longer for a call back. I then called from another phone and was told there is no internet outage for this area. I called them back and was told the net would be back up in 8-10 minutes. It did not come back up. I called again and one phone says there's an outage while the other says there's not an outage.

Granted, I was able to watch shows/On Demand on my ipad, but only certain channels. Blackmailed: when I called to cancel my cable tv and keep the internet, they said, Oh Sorry, if you do that, your Internet is going to go from $45/mo to $70 something. I said, that's funny, cuz I have another account in another town (i travel for work) that's only Internet, and it's only $45. Oh, ummm...that must've been a special or something. So, I disconnected everything and went to Directv. Am going to try another internet service provider and see how the speeds compare. Any suggestions?

He was angry It would be more work on his part and demanded it be placed in a bedroom, which greatly affected the ability to get wifi in the rest of the house. When I finally canceled years later and went with a different company, they did not refund what they had been over paid. I paid the bill a couple days before canceling. I told them to cancel now, she basically said well you wont get any money back so we will just make it almost 30 days later. No, you should have canceled the day I told you, and refunded the over payment (approx 100 dollars). That is theft. I would go back to old school dial up or pedal a bike for electricity and internet before I EVER used this company again.
