    This is terrible company. They didn't help with my problem. Yes if I could rate below one I would. They wonder why I cancelled before.

    This company is a bunch of garbage. They take advantage of people. When you cancel service they…read moredo not send you a final bill instead they lie and say you didnt return your equipment which I produced my receipt and showed I had; and they send you to collections. They are an unethical company with substandard equipment! Fraudulent company trying to get more money and not being honest!!! I will be posting reviews of them on every social platform I can to expose their greed and lies!!!

    Worst cable experience of my life! I've cycled through digital cable, Dish, and now DirecTV. As…read moresoon as my contract period is up, I'm out. The salesman who came to the door (who DirecTV claims doesn't work for them.) Made promises that were never kept. $100 gift cert for signing up, guaranteed my bill would be $115 for the entire period of my contract. And WORST OF ALL, I noticed an odd charge on my credit card, which I had to provide to get the cable activated. A 3rd party affiliate of DirecTV was charging my card every month. First, I never agreed to DirecTV giving out my credit card information. When I called DirecTV, I was informed that the payment was for insurance on my remote and cable hardware. Also, something I didn't agree to. It showed up on my statement as Clearsat/Ironshield. When I contacted DirecTV they stated that they couldn't terminate the insurance and that I'd have to contact Clearsat (Clear satellite) directly, which I did. Clearsat informed me that if I wanted to terminate the insurance that I'd have to do so through DirecTV. I played this back and forth for a few hours before eventually having to cancel my credit card. DirecTV also never had an answer for how Clearsat received my credit card information even though I only ever provided it to DirecTV. Shady as shit, and while before I may not have liked a cable provider, I abosolutely LOATHE DirecTV.

    When we initially had the internet set up the man that came to the house was rude. He didnt want to…read morehave to run the line, then argued with us about where we wanted the wifi placed. He was angry It would be more work on his part and demanded it be placed in a bedroom, which greatly affected the ability to get wifi in the rest of the house. When I finally canceled years later and went with a different company, they did not refund what they had been over paid. I paid the bill a couple days before canceling. I told them to cancel now, she basically said well you wont get any money back so we will just make it almost 30 days later. No, you should have canceled the day I told you, and refunded the over payment (approx 100 dollars). That is theft. I would go back to old school dial up or pedal a bike for electricity and internet before I EVER used this company again.

I don't know if they don't have enough people in billing to receive and debit my account or if the USPS is just extremely slow getting mail from Great Falls, MT to their payment center in Pelatine, IL BUT I don't enjoy looking at my email and seeing a note from them that says I have until the 20th to pay. Today is the 19th and I mailed the payment on the 11th. Either they have to send the bill earlier or they need to change their due date. I am NOT going to give them my credit or debit card information. Their service is sketchy and not nearly as fast as what I'm paying for. I can't wait for that new company to come in. Hopefully they'll be better.
