Dish sent 2 installers, who, after 5 minutes here, insisted on using our bathroom. They were wandering around the house, we needed 4 TVs to be hooked up, and made me very uncomfortable. They installed a bad Hopper, stating they had a good Hopper on the truck but it was for the next install and they would be back in a couple days with a replacement. It took 4 hours for these guys to do the install, but it wasn't done right. I didn't want these 2 installers back so I called Dish. They sent the same 2 installers back on different days and I refused to let them in my house to replace the Hopper. Also, they quoted me $119.99 a month, which included MGM+. I got a bill for $276.98, they charged my husband $135.99 for a couple of power cords and something else. We've been auto charged $158.49 a month, and when we try to get through, the system is down. Don't trust them, they will tell you one thing and charge you more. We are back with DirectTV.
