Instead of simply coming to help, they called me and told me to take out the jack, look at the manual, and get the spare tire ready so that when they arrived, all they had to do was install the new tire. Basically, they wanted me to do all the work myself. That's completely unacceptable, especially when this is a service I'm paying for through Geico. If I could do it on my own, I wouldn't have called for roadside assistance in the first place. This was unprofessional and felt like a total lack of responsibility. Geico really needs to review who they're partnering with, because this kind of service does not reflect the level of help I expect as a paying customer
