When I called this office and politely asked the MA for their name, I was met with attitude and a snarky "How may I help you?" simply for asking a basic question - he tone and unprofessionalism were what stood out. Upon further review, this doesn't appear to be an isolated incident--this type of attitude seems to be commonplace at this office. If multiple staff are responding this way, it suggests a larger issue with office stress levels, training, and customer service. Patients and caregivers deserve courtesy, transparency, and respect, not pushback for asking standard, reasonable questions.

Although Dr. Hyunh provided assurances regarding improvements in scheduling, these have not materialized. Consequently, I have made the decision to cease my treatment with Mindful Health Solutions, as I believe the current circumstances pose a risk to patient health. I would, however, like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Hyunh, Tessa, and the gentleman involved in the ketamine treatment program.
