The cleaver was heavily damaged and I was looking for a place to help me repair and sharpen the blade. Indulge Kitchen Supplies was one of the only places that responded and I am glad they did. The store itself is on a main street with a fair amount of street parking and the store is super cute. The store sells a variety of kitchen gear from different knives, cutlery, utensils, etc. Most of the curated items are modern and high quality such as Durelex glass and Global Knives. While their prices are a little higher than online prices, they have quality stuff and I recommend buying from them. Their knife sharpening and repair was a life saver for me. The Chinese Cleaver is a large knife and they were able to get it done for me in less than a day and it was fully repaired. Looking at the photos you can see that they took out all the dings on the knife and sharpened it back to the point where I could use it again. I highly recommend this service and would readily come back when I need any knife repair or sharpening.

(The store's published closing time is 5:30 PM, not 5:20 PM.) I went to look at the whisks. Another staffer literally ran over to me and, from about three feet away, stared at me for a while, with a pained, impatient expression. After a while he said "What you want! We close in ten minutes." At this point I asked whether they really close at 5:21 PM. He said yes. I said the published closing time says 5:30 PM. He said "That's when we lock the store. Customers get out 15 minutes before then." I asked for a manager, but none was present. I asked the employee for his name: Benjamin. Apart from the hostile service, the inventory I saw was pretty terrible. The whisks looked more like dollar-store items than serious commercial utensils. Perhaps the rest of the store is better, but I'll never find out.
