Our daughter unexpectedly passed away and upon my first contact with the funeral director Sept it was like no other calls mattered. Sept from the first call made us feel comfortable ( a warm hug kind of comfort). Once we decided to go with Ivy Cremations, it was constant communication, whether it was calls or via text. We did not communicate via emails which was greatly appreciated and was not an option for us. That was a big plus as communication was consistent. We met Alex tonset up the final arrangements and that interation was pleasant and due to prvios patrons we were not able to bring food, but light refreshments and finger foods were allowed. The day of, which was Monday. From the limo driver Larry, who was early and waited for everyone, and opened each individual door. GREAT JOB LARRY: GOING AND RETURN. The place was clean, set up well. Nicole welcomed us and assisted where needed. Everything on Monday was perfect, accomodating and thoughtful. We cleaned up the entire venue which Nicole was so happy to express this was a first for her...lol Samantha the billing/invoice department was also availa le via text. Mr. Sept...there are no words to express how you made us felt. Larry we made him laugh on our drive back home. It was exceptional..Our baby was done right. From the bottom of our hearts...thank you Ivy and staff

She listened to what I was looking for, gave me some ideas to choose from and in the end it was a perfect choice. She didn't try to pressure me into buying something that I didn't want like the funeral home was trying to do. She was amazing and I would highly recommend 10 out of 10.

I asked a question to the seller who answered me right away with a link to their actual website which features the full size of the urn I loved. Unfortunately for me though, this was during the pandemic and shipments were severely delayed, and the urn I wanted was backordered for months. I decided that I had waited all this time to find the urn that was just right for my beautiful Mom, so I would wait. Adam kept in touch with me throughout the process letting me know what was happening on their end, and he did everything he could to get my urn to me as soon as possible. We actually decided to order several smaller urns for the rest of the family as well, and Adam gave us a bulk discount for the trouble of having to wait for the backordered urn, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend At Peace Memorials to anyone, anywhere looking to purchase a beautiful urn at a fair price. Thank you again Adam, you made a very difficult process as smooth as possible.

    Cedar Park Cemetery

My family recently had a death in the family and she was laid to rest at Cedar Park Cemetery…read more I found the over all process very easy. I was the executor so I had to deal with funeral home and cemetery. All my dealings where easy . The staff at the cemetery where helpful and friendly. I do have to say it is not cheap to die. Did not even think costs could be so high just open and close a plot. My aunt already had a plot all Cedar Park had to do was dig plot and then fill in.

Awful employees! Nothing but a money making scheme. I have a family plot (6 graves) which I have…read morebeen annually paying for maintenance for over a decade. The annual cost of maintenance has gone up over 25% the last two years ($980 per year in 2024 to $1260 this year) and has been going up much faster than the rate of inflation for the last 10 years. I decided to pay for "perpetual" maintenance-- which is $29200 for the 15x15 feet plot. When I am trying to make payment I am told by the woman on the phone that they have to perform an inspection on my family plot before payment. I ask why and am told that the perpetual care has a higher standard than the annual care and they have to see if my plot is up to perpetual care standards. Mind you, I have paid them to maintain the plot for over a decade. So on top of the nearly $30k to mow the grass on a 15x15 feet plot, they want to charge an additional fee to improve the plot which they have been paid to maintain for over a decade. They are thieves, extorting the families of people buried in this cemetery. Either you allow your family members' graves to go untended and overgrown by weeds, exhume their remains to a more humane and decent cemetery, or pay obscene amounts which grow at many times the rate of inflation. If you are considering a cemetery, I strongly advise you avoid this one. If you have family buried here, I feel sorry for you.

My mother passed away suddenly a couple of weeks ago. Myself, my sister, nor my father never had the misfortune of having to make funeral arrangements before. On top of being emotional, we felt helpless and confused; thankfully Feeney's made the process as painless and easy as possible for us. We met with Dave, the director, and were given simple worksheets to help us brainstorm how we wanted to memorialize my mother. He talked us through several options, helped us write her obituary for "The Record," and aided us in solidifying all our plans. When it came time for the wake, I could not believe how much Feeney's went above and beyond for us. We never spoke of any extras, so I was not expecting more than a simple prayer card and sign in book. In addition to that, they also provided a large signature board, a blown up photo of my mother fit for hanging on the wall, a large photo collage display, a brochure full of pictures and a mind-blowing origami style card that folded 4 times over revealing different photos, as well as the poem we chose for the prayer card. This card was a beautiful, wonderfully unexpected touch. Throughout both the ceremonies the staff were so courteous, always asking us how everything was and if we needed anything. Everyone was extremely helpful. The day after the wake, we decided to have a short celebration of my mother's life. It began with a very touching and well put together montage of photos converted into a DVD which we were able to keep. Norma, the celebrist (non-religious) speaker, did a great job with the eulogy from the simple timeline that we emailed her - she even stopped to play one of my mom's favorite songs. Losing a loved one is an extremely emotional and trying experience, and Feeney's not only made the process as easy as possible for us, but went the extra mile to make sure our last memories were beautiful and pleasant. I never thought I'd be writing a review for a funeral home, but this one made such an impact on me that I want to publicly praise it. I hold Feeney's in high regard and absolutely reccommend their services.
