Extremely poor costumer service, they said are focus to assist Specialy the latino community. But…read morethe attitud of employees to talk to the clients is extremely unacceptable. The lady in the desk at the springfield location ,who refused to give her name she is very arrogant expressing a sentiment of superiority towards latinos. She don't deserve to be in that desk(my opinion) we approach the office and solicitate the sevices, and with a sarcastic and smirked attitude was not even able to answer our question. We ask her if we can meet with karina her boss, to what she responded she never can be seen ,or never come by that office and she could talk only.on the phone if we are lucky.. How can this individuals run a business like this?? Servicios al cliente extremadamente deficientes, dijeron que están enfocados a ayudar especialmente a la comunidad latina. Pero la actitud de los empleados de hablar con los clientes es extremadamente inaceptable. La señora del escritorio en la ubicación de Springfield, que se negó a dar su nombre. Es muy arrogante y expresa un sentimiento de superioridad hacia los latinos. Ella no merece estar en ese escritorio (en mi opinión) nos acercamos a la oficina y solicitamos los servicios, y con una actitud sarcástica y de sunrise de burla ni siquiera fue capaz de responder nuestra pregunta. Le preguntamos si podemos reunirnos con karina su jefa, a lo que ella respondió que nunca la pueden ver, o nunca pasa por esa oficina y solo puede hablar por teléfono si tenemos suerte. ¿Cómo pueden estas personas administrar un negocio como este? And one of the receptionist always look at you like she is the queen of the world

RUN! Do NOT chose this agent if you care at all for your property. They are completely dishonest…read moreand actively work to ensure you don't get paid. Backstory: We called Joe's office and spoke to one of his people to see if we had main line break coverage and ask to have it added when we found out we didn't once we found this was an option via my father in law. Well, lucky us about a year later the sewer line broke. We called to tell them what had happened and they said, nope, that is not what you have, you have sewer line back up. Um, what what does that have to do with coverage for the actual sewer line, as we had requested. We were going out of town so we just got it fixed. When we got back we called and the basically said, you didn't ask for that so too bad, you can add it now though. We were sent the updated policy but we don't work in insurance so we went with it, not grasping it wasn't what we asked for - our first mistake. Our second mistake was not asking our other agents (who always are helpful and cover us back in CO) if it was right, because when this did happen and we asked them they said "why would you add one without the other?". Lots of mistakes on our end, and the first was trusting this agent. They then told us to file a claim anyway, even though they had added the incorrect policy and KNOWING that it would get denied. My guess is since it will now be a mark against us for filing a claim our insurance will go up and they'll get a bigger commission. We then pushed harder that you can look at his fathers claim/policies. But no, "there is a hand written note" (that couldn't POSSIBLY be written when this is all happening) that specifically asks for the wrong policy. I'm not one to assume people are shady, but this agent has proven to be dishonest so if the shoe fits. We then went to State Farm HQ, and they basically said it is our word against his. A fraudulent note, vs easily comparing his fathers policy/claims and us added a policy. We have had conversations with the lady who added it who basically said "I thought you did your research and knew". Um no, that's why we have an AGENT TO HELP. This could have been rectified, they have error and omissions insurance - they ERRONEOUSLY OMITTED/put the wrong policy on but again, no because of this incredibly believable hand written note. Go ahead and do yourself a favor and go with anyone else unless you want to not have proper coverage. If you DO somehow get stuck here, make sure you either record every call, take detailed notes of dates/times so they can't call you a liar for not remembering things that happened months/years ago, or simply do everything over email so you have a record. And if you think I'm just some grump who complains (there's a lot of that on reviews) you can check mine, I have never left anything other than 5* reviews, because I know how many grumpy people there are out there. This agents office is horrific and I hope to save someone else from being out $10k like us.
