This particular office on Little Creek does not follow through with calling back. The same goes for the head office. In mid December I called in to cancel the insurance for one of our cars and was given the new quote for the monthly automatic deduction from our account. I didn't expect the Jan payment to change, but now we have been emailed the Feb one and it has NOT reduced to a one car insurance. I have requested paperwork on an inspection on a claim by Allstate and it never arrived, just like the calls back from Keith Dorband. That we have never experienced with Mike Sanoba who ran this office before Mr. Dorband. The non-existing customer service and the constant price hikes makes one more resourceful in choosing an insurer. Bottom line is this: When transferring $400 every month to Allstate one does expect some sign of life on the other side not just deductions. Jan. 27, 2023

Initially I did not pick a good repair place and he helped me find a new one the same day, then I needed help with coverage on an additional vehicle, and lastly help with getting a receipt that I couldn't obtain for my claim.
