The entryway was absolutely beautiful and the establishment was extremely clean. My aesthetician was great and very prompt in helping me in addition to completing the appointment in a timely manner. There are a lot of different services that you can have at urban you and I'll definitely be considering a facial at some point in time. The costs or what you would expect for the Grand Rapids area but the convenience of same-day appointments and online scheduling was key for me. I'll definitely be coming back.

The girl is very unprofessional, reschedules appointments or cancels on you the day before and isn't understandable if you need to reschedule. Bought the package of two and ended up losing the second one because of her rescheduling. Didn't try to reschedule for me after doing it to me 3 different times on just the first appointment!
