This message is for the owners I am writing to address my recent termination, which I believe was based on misunderstandings and misrepresentations made by a manager.
Friday I encountered a troubling situation. , I was confronted by Manager who accused me of actions that I was not engaged in. And that I do not do This accusation stemmed from a prior misunderstanding, where he claimed I owed $5, despite my assurance that I had been honest throughout. Said I was there for longer in a very rude way so I walk away from him n when to speak to the main manager bc My intention was to clarify this matter, and I told him it was not the case so he felt ignored by me .
Moreover, on the day of my termination, l learned that there were complaints regarding my behavior. However, the complaints stemmed from an incident where a co-worker entered my restroom without permission . She needed toilet paper but there was none n I had napping role n she wanted the role but I was using it This invasion of privacy was concerning, and I chose not to escalate it at the time. Bc the managers where rude so I decided to just go home
But when I'm walking out the door the manager starts talking about me so I heard him n came back n confronted him n confronted the front door girl n told her to tell me bc she didn't know what she was talking about bc she was not there and if anyone should made a complaint should had been me bc it's illegal to go in people restroom!! N im the one who's was disrespected but The other guy was there the door guy n bc i was telling the other manager not to talk to me bc he was lying he was also trying to be rude to me n said are u good so i left n walk away bc i saw that there was not protection to me for what happened to me all to come back the next day to b terminate wish it's completely unfair!!!
I believe that the true issue lies in the conduct of the manger he's rude and thinks he can talk to everyone there crazy I wish ya can hear him he really believes he's the owner doesn't know what being a manager means I have been in the business for manny years and I'm not person who's going to let him !! Bc he has no right to b be rude to me He has exhibited behavior that I found unprofessional, and I feel that my actions were misinterpreted due to his personal biases against me.
I respectfully request a review of what really happenedI feel it was unjust and based on falsehoods. I would appreciate an apology for the way this situation has been handled, particularly regarding the invasion of my privacy in the restroom and the false accusations made against me by this manager who's a rude person to other people idk who does he think he is but he doesn't get to talk to me crazy!! The main manager got influenced by them n unfortunately bc im the one defending myself from this rude guy im the one who look bad but I want to make it very clear that he was lying!!!!!!!! N i understand we all drink there but i still don't want someone opening my restroom door n no the lock doesn't work ! I really feel disgusted! And violate it !
