My family and I stopped by this place during a trip to the zoo. We ordered a large pizza and a 15 piece wing. I asked for them to be extra well done. The food was hot when we got it. The pizza was great, but the wings were subpar. They were cooked all the way. I will give them that but they were burnt and the skin was soft. The meatsa pizza on medium crust was very good. Lots of flavor and toppings. The thin crust pepperoni was also a big hit. The bread sticks were kind of dry and didnt taste like anything to me. The order was placed in person and went over but it was still wrong when we received it. The manager did fix it though but one of us did have to drive back for the other pie. Normally, I do not have a problem with Dino's, but tonight I did-- I ordered a personal pan size pizza with everything on it. When my husband picked it up and brought it home, it only had one item on it. However, I was very hungry so I ate a slice. Then I realized, you should not settle for paying for something and getting less than what you paid for. So, I called the manager and explained the situation, and she looked my order up and indeed agreed that I did not get most of the items on my pizza that I ordered, but because I had eaten a piece of it she could not accept it back and give me what I ordered. I think this is poor management skills. There are businesses today that if a customer ordered the wrong thing and didn't realize it until he got home, they don't want it back due to health concerns, and they will replace it with what you ordered and paid for. It's not as if they are going to resell this old pizza, are they? I'm sure they would have tossed the remainder once I took it back. So, I think the right thing to have done would have been to re-issue my correct order. I even had a pic of the pizza. Lesson: Check your order before you leave. read more

The bad thing is it doesn't matter the review because fast food places will always be around. We had a cub scout group today. Called an ordered 2 large pepperoni 2 large meat lovers and 1 large vegetarian with no mushrooms. My husband comes home and we didn't get the meat lovers but instead got 2 sausage. Obviously the cub scouts ate the food. I called the store and let them know the mistake and was told by what was presented to me as the owner. He told me he had taken my order and made it. No matter how many times I told him it was wrong he kept telling me that he made the right food. I even told him I would bring the boxes to show him. If I could give zero stars I would. We were a loyal customers until tonight. Rude from the minute the girl answered the phone, kept cutting me off not listening to what I was saying, I repeated answers to her questions 3 times. The wait time was 45 minutes till they get here, which is totally fine....but, they didn't bring my kids cheese pizza with the order and was told later that it wasn't even cooked yet when the driver went back to get it. Called the manager twice with no solution other than pizza was "on its way" which it wasn't after another 20 minute wait. Have ordered a few times since moving to the area. XL special is an easy call. Wife has ordered subs the past few times we have ordered food from here. Good value and excellent customer service.... as long as the crew there aren't hollering and belittimg each other. Decent pizza that doesn't suck, fast delivery, great prices! Have tried just about everything on the menu and always pleased with the portions and the flavor. Sure, you could order from Domino's and pay a lot more, and wait over an hour for your food. But if you order here you'll get your food in about 20 minutes. Have never been put on hold and staff and drivers are always polite and very courteous. And in response to another review, you can absolutely get fresh pizza dough. Wow. Just wow. Food is great, however I was accused of being a liar when I ordered 20 wings, paid $20 and received 10. I called and let them know. I was assured the driver would come back and deliver the other ten. Two hours went by and no word. I then called and said it was getting late and instead of Thomas Nichols coming back and giving me the second box, I would rather have a refund. The manager said he couldn't do that for me and I would just receive a credit on my next order. I don't want to order again because of the attitude and rudeness of the manager... but I also hate that I paid that much. What a waste of money. Their carry out specials are awesome. 90% of the time our pizza is amazing. My only complaint is We've had a couple times it's been extremely greasy but we find it's great more times than not. The $8.99 for an XL 1 topping is our go to. If you haven't tried Dino's def give them a shot, especially carry out. I've never done delivery so I can't comment on that but their carry out estimates have always been on time and never more than 20 mins! read more

Decided to try here since they are 2 minutes from my house and Baldino's was closed. My husband and I each got an 8" Italian sub and an order of "Cheese Sticks". Let's start with the subs. - Bread was so dry that it split apart on the bottom, and practically flavorless. - There were only 2 kinds of meat on it. Salami, and some weird shredded ham. To me an Italian should have Capicola, prosciutto and Salami, and I even like when there's some bologna or other kind of meat in the mix. These meats did not cut it and the ham was not good. - The lettuce was oddly dry... if that's even possible. - Hardly any onions. - I asked for no tomatoes on mine, which they got correct. Husband's had tomatoes, but they were very large bulky slices placed on top, not thin and actually inside, like I expect on an Italian Sub. - Not enough Banana peppers which made me sad (and also Banana peppers are NOT the same as hot peppers, which they seem to think they are). - I asked for Mayo on both. Yet there was not a drop of mayo on either. There was some oil in the very bottom of the sub. We had to add our own mayo from home because the bread was SO DRY. - The provolone was weirdly warm (I asked for the subs cold), as if it had been sitting out. - And then they sprinkled some dry Italian seasoning on it which just added an unpleasant crunch of the little bits. Now for the "Cheese Sticks". I'm not sure what the South considers cheese sticks. I expect cheese sticks, as in Mozzarella sticks. As in FRIED MOZZARELLA CHEESE. I asked for mozzarella sticks over the phone and the girl acted like she couldn't hear me. I had to repeat myself 3 times and she then said "We have cheese sticks and bread sticks." And I said, "Yeah cheese sticks." And that was that. When my husband brought them home.... it was just cheesy bread sticks. I was so so disappointed. The "Cheese Sticks" were not terrible. But definitely didn't have much flavor. Other than the cheese and the bland bread. Just "Meh". I can't wait to visit home (Massachusetts) and get a REAL Italian sub that is delicious and proper!!! Please for the love of food, DO NOT order an Italian Sub from here. Just don't. Yes they're cheap, but just go elsewhere. Ugh. I'm a little scared to try their pizza honestly. I hope to try Baldino's soon and hopefully be pleased with their product. read more

I ordered a two large pizzas today. One Sicilian with ground beef and bacon and one large regular pizza with two cheese. I get my delivery and they gave me two large pizzas no Sicilian. I called back and asked them for my large Sicilian pizza because that's what I ordered and they asked for their large pizza back so I said fine. They deliver it again and it's a small Sicilian with just ground beef.....I don't know what happened or who is in charge but they need to get their stuff together. Last time I ordered a Sicilian it was perfect but this time it was just a horrible service. read more

Not very impressed. If you have a coupon, you can carry-out a large supreme for $12.99. I don't think this place puts enough cheese on their pizza and their mushrooms are from a can. I'd rather pay slightly higher prices and order from Domino's, which is just up 87 on Buffalo Lakes Rd. Plus, Domino's has a great app that allows you to create your order online and lets you know when it will be ready or when it is out for delivery to you. I feel like Domino's quality is more consistent as well. read more

Awesome. My man is a food snob from new york & the barbecue base chicken hawaiin is amazing. I usually go for super hot wings but I enjoyed the flavor so much I didn't shower these in hot sauce like I normally do. The quality was so good, it doesn't weigh me down & bloat me like pizza normally does. The pizza & wings were not all greasy from poor quality cheese. No heartburn either like I get from cheap pizza. I normally only get pizzas from here but I decided to try an Italian sub today. Super good! I got it heated and the bread was just the right amount of soft and crunchy. It had tons of ham and veggies. The pizzas here have the best cheese around. My only complaint is that some days they're a little heavy with the sauce. I am a big Pizza Hut fan but unfortunately they do not deliver where we live. We decided to try this place out. My kids loved the food. The cheese sticks were good and so was the chicken.
