I would give zero stars if I could! Absolutely terrible and extremely disappointing. This seller is unbelievably stingy with the Ofada sauce, even though the sauce is the main part of the meal and clearly where most of the cost comes from. They sent me an enormous bowl of rice with barely any sauce. To describe the amount, imagine only three tiny condiment containers--not even enough to eat one-quarter of the rice.
The Uber Eats listing advertised beef and tripe, but I did not receive any beef or tripe at all. Instead, I received only four tiny pieces of cow skin. It honestly looked like the seller took one piece of cow skin and cut it into four smaller pieces. That is completely unacceptable for the amount of money charged.
The packaging was also careless and unsecured. The bowl was not sealed, meaning anyone could have easily opened or tampered with my food. There was an Uber sticker on the outside plastic bag, but it should have been used to seal the actual food container so the customer could tell if it had been opened.
I originally planned to try four other items from this restaurant, but after seeing how cheap, stingy, and careless they were with this order, I will never order from here again. Thankfully, I contacted Uber and received my money back. Save your money and order elsewhere. read more
