Priced well for the time you get. We were able to jump right in and play without waiting in line. The staff was super helpful and explained how to bat and offered tips on how to hit against the automated pitcher. There were only two lanes to use and bother were occupied, so waiting could happen on a busy day. Strange to see batting cages in a mall but I like the concept. Would return again.

Reservations are a must! Staff was friendly and helpful. It's small but they said they hope to expand at the next place. The technology here is great, as they provided stats on batting. The best thing about the machines, is that it gives a wind-up or warning when the pitch is coming. Not all pitching machines have that. Great place to bring the kids on off season.

They have technology that shows where you've hit the ball.

First time here with my 10 year old and he had a great time. The equipment is legit and the guy working was really helpful. We'll be coming back for sure.

**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** Frank and his team at Dingers in Escondido are true professionals. My son was very apprehensive about going into the pitching simulation (video screen) cause he had never done it before. Frank offered for a quick trail session for him to see if would be open doing it. I'll admit my 7yr old son was scared going into it and this was the closest thing to kid pitching simulation there is. He wanted to try the standard pitching machine which he loved (got some hits). On the ride home, he mentioned he wants to try again and give the pitching simulation another shot. Proud of his determination. If you are looking for a professional and customizable pitching simulation experience (not just your average batting cage) this place is for you. Muscle memory is key but visualizing a pitcher throwing a ball at u is a totally different experience that your typical batting cages can't replicate. Give Dingers a try, you'll be surprise to see how much you'll enjoy it.

Staff and instructors are pros, and we noticed a lot of development in our novice player after just a couple lessons with Andrew. The best part is that my kid is eager to go back & sees these lessons as a treat. So the vibes are good! From a parent perspective, the whole operation is very organized and not intimidating. I'm sure we'll be back before next season!

His current team has 1 practice per week at 5 Tool San Marcos. There is a 2nd (original) facility in Carlsbad (off Palomar Airport Rd area). Both sites are great facilities, the newer San Marcos (San Elijo) complex is cleaner and also seems much bigger. They have a dedicated area for pitching as well, with private coaching. The San Elijo facility is very clean with a dedicated staff always willing to assist. I'm guessing there are 15 tunnels in total? You can rent one and your coach or Dad/Mom whoever can throw to you or feed you balls. If flying solo? Staff will step in. They also provide private and semi-private lessons for both hitting and pitching and the coaching is solid! Another cool variable is the nets are all on rollers so you can pull them to side and clear a bigger space to hit ground balls if so desired. My son's competitive team rents out a section that encompasses 3 tunnels that they pull the best to make half-tunnels and then create a station for grounders.

The progress we've seen has been truly phenomenal. Coach Ron doesn't just teach hitting and pitching mechanics--he helps players understand the mental side of the game. He teaches what to look for and expect at the plate and on the mound, emphasizing the importance of having a quality at-bat and a solid approach, not just making contact. Thanks to Coach Ron's guidance, our oldest son has earned multiple Perfect Game MVP awards for both hitting and pitching, and we attribute much of that success to his training. Our boys now play on majors-level travel teams, and the lessons they receive consistently prepare them to compete at a high level. I highly recommend Coach Ron for players of any age--whether your child is brand new to baseball or looking to fine-tune their skills and take their game to the next level.

Highly recommend, especially for the North Escondido area.
