I had an unfortunate event one day when a random homeless person ran a metal shopping cart into the back of my car. I was so upset and so taken back at how bad the damage was (scrapes to the right backside of my car and 2 pretty deep dents). A friend was able to wax and get the scrapes off thankfully, but the residual dent was bothering me so much that I had to get it done since my car was fairly new (Honda civid 2021 sport hatchback). I dug around Yelp late at night trying to find local OC spots that would do the repairs, including mobile places and auto body repair shops for paintless dent removal. I was very discouraged as a small dent to the side of my car would cost approx $250-600 according to most estimates. I found Ding King on Yelp as well, reached out to them via message and the owner Todd replied to my photos. He asked if i could bring in my vehicle for a better estimate and I did so the following day. One of their employees, Coye came out to inspect my car and gave me an estimate. He gave me a contact number to reach out to in case I decided to commit to the repair. I appreciated his opinions about my car, honesty, quick responses. I spent several days looking at local shops and driving around to get quotes; in the end, I decided to trust Ding King with my repairs. Coye and I scheduled my car dent repair for a Sunday. It was unfortunate because the OC marathon took place early morning, blocking off all the nearby streets and limited access to the repair shop. We planned to reschedule the following Monday without any issues. Coye was very kind, considerate, respectful, and understanding about the whole situation. He locked in the quote price for the repair, and even got the job done within 6 hours as promised! I am beyond impressed with the results! My car looks so pristine and i am so happy with their efforts to make it look original. I Had them come out and do a power wash on them to get them ready for Summer. The results speak for themselves in pictures. The last picture is before they were washed and cleaned up. These guys are very reliable and upfront. They didn't try to upsell on any thing and we're very honest and upfront about the quote and about the service.
