Nice place fun little arcade but the customer service sucks terrible. There were 10 lanes open 6 or so being used and a half hour waiting list to bowl. I went here tonight expecting it to be a normal bowling night. It was at first we were having fun and so were the people next to us (one black man, one white man, and a mixed woman) . That was until the people next to us saw people cross the line you weren't supposed to so they thought it would be funny to do the same thing. It was funny at least for me and the people I was with. The other people in the lane 12 didn't, and they got the workers involved. They shut off the peoples lane next to us without any warning. They were confused on why, because they didn't say anything and just shut it off. They thought it would be okay to get the police involved. We didn't understand as to why they would feel the need to get the police involved because frankly, it wasn't that serious. I have seen many other people cross the line and police were not called neither was the lane shut off. The dispatcher came up to us and asked us questions but it felt like an interrogation for something that could've been solved with a civil conversation. He asked us questions like what did they look like, what are their names, and how could you not know much about them if you were bowling with them (we weren't bowling with them we came at separate time and just happened to end up next to them). After all the questions he was leaving to go look at the security cameras, but me and the people I was with decided tell him that it was not that serious and they were just having fun. So we pulled him aside told him they were having fun, the lane was shut off without warning, and didn't think all of this should happen. He then said that he was just looking into things and that he wasn't sure exactly what happened so they were looking at the cameras. We then left so I have no idea how it will end up, but I hope that it won't end up to be a big deal. Was this racially motivated? Why I think that is because many other people have done this and it didn't end up this way. So this one time this black man and mixed woman was there it happened? I have lived in Vernal my whole life and know that there are some heavily racist people here. I myself a young mixed girl have experienced it. So I would not be surprised if it was. read more

I used to enjoy coming here for some fun with friends and family until tonight when I witnessed the most unjust thing. My sister, my friend and I were bowling and the spot beside us was empty until some other teenagers came and were there to enjoy their night as well. Just like regular teenage boys they were messing around not bothering anyone else just making funny jokes and bowling in different ways such as through their legs on their stomachs etc. until the boys passed the line of the bowling lane and an older man got upset and told the workers. Without warning the workers turned off the teenagers bowling lane and the teenage boys were so confused and rolled the ball to see what was happening. The worker came and yelled at the boys but the boys were just wanting a genuine reason for having their lane turned off without warning even though they payed for a bowling game. One of the teenage boys leaves with a girl while the other was still questioning and was confused while the older men in the alley were getting upset. The boy argues with the men and then leaves calmly with one of the old men who escorted him out. Minutes later a policeman shows up.... yes a POLICEMAN for what? Just because a few teenage boys crossed a line once?? It was unreal and I am still in shock. The policeman comes to my sister, friend and I and starts interrogating us, asking what the boys names were and questioning why we didn't know the names because they assumed we knew them, even though we were just bowling next to them. Might I mention that one of the teenage boys was black and so was his girlfriend. I believe this was racially motivated. I have been to this bowling alley many times before and have seen teenage boys do this many times yet no police... just know that this isn't right and I personally will not be supporting a business that lets this slide... so unbelievable and so unfortunate that this happens in our town. read more
