No follow up, not able to answer questions but was quick to say they can make me an appointment for me to talk with the doctor. Immediately declined that because I should not have to pay another co-pay to hear my results or recommendations from the doctor that I should've received a call from . I currently have no toenail on one toe because the doctor took it off, but never told me what the next steps are or if I should just wait for it to grow back. Just not good customer service or follow up by the doctor.

I have been to the Bowie location a few times this year for two different injuries. I see Dr. Mustafa and find him to be pleasant and thorough, and he has a great bedside manner. As far as the wait time, it can be a little long sometimes. TIP - come on Fridays if you can. But then again it depends on which doctor you are seeing as they rotate between the different offices I believe. I also use the physical therapy services at Capital Orthopaedics in Bowie. Let's face it - when you're injured and trying to rehab there is going to pain sometimes. The exercises were explained to me in detail and also demonstrated. If I do something that seems to cause more pain than good I speak up. The exercise is either modified or taken out of the routine. My therapist, Cary, and his assistant, Danny, are awesome and they along with the receptionist (Debbie) offer lively conversation which makes it kinda fun :)

Also behind my favorite physical therapist, chiropractor and massage therapist, Chiro 1st. The office is nice and modern, well appointed and decorated. The waiting area is a private room away from the front door, which is a nice touch. I waited an entire two minutes before being seen by the doctor. He's very upbeat, patient and thoughtful. Also has a sense of humor which is important to me. His staff is also very friendly but all business too. You can pay you copay online the day before your appointment and it's very easy. That is cool. Lots of paper work and it was just easier to print out and use a device called a "pen" to write by hand the answers to the questions they asked. You can also answer some online but he will refer to what you write on your first visit. So that is a good time to convey what you want him to know. You may not remember everything when consulting with him. I hope I don't have to see a lot of this doctor in the future but if you're in the market for a general surgeon, this is worth checking out.
