Also i did the bed thing where it tells you what bed types work best after you lie down and it calculates. I never once saw on the paper it printed out,what it said. Nor did he tell me what kind it says would be good for me. Just showed me 5 models and told to try them. Not sure if they do that with everyone or not. Of corse it got talked up to the best and most expensive serta there. $1400 for a twin XL in the nice bed. I would not really recommend this place to any one unless you know exactly what one you want. And possibly want it that day if they have it in stock,store is very clean. We returned them I don't even know when this was now truthfully, possibly 2020, we had looked online for chairs or something to use our credit as we were told, they do not give us a refund check, they just keep the credit there at the store, since then and several years have passed, they have sense closed and I guess they took other peoples credit also instead of notifying us that they were closing and issue us our amount due to us, I remember $174 and some change. Of course once I heard they were closed and wouldn't probably be honored our refund, what kind of business do they perform. I don't have an address phone or contact of any kind to get our money back.

The odd part was, I was told originally that my chairs were floating around on the water somewhere and just couldn't make it to shore. Then the story changed to a problem with the distribution. So, needless to say, I canceled that order and received a full refund. Fast forward to now. I ordered a solid wood bed and a new mattress with box spring. The ONLY reason I ordered it, is because I was assured that it would be (at the absolute latest) delivered in 3 weeks. I called the store yesterday to find out the status, as I'm now at the 2 week mark. I was thrilled to hear that the bed had arrived. Then, I was incredibly angry to be told that the mattress and box spring, however, could be delayed up to another month. Again, the distributor was being blamed. While that's a cute story to try and take the blame off the staff at Robert's, it's not acceptable business practice. Basically what happens here, is they will sell items to customers and have no idea when they may actually get them, but they'll tell the customer that an item will be ready by the certain important event the customer has going on. Again, I only ordered this bed here because I was assured it would be delivered before a certain date. They dropped off the items and removed my old mattress and box spring. As I remove the plastic from the box spring, I notice some damage. If they are to replace it, the earliest I can get a replacement is Tuesday. The employee said it is just cosmetic damage. Who cares!?!? If I buy a new car and it runs perfectly, but the front bumper is dented, does that mean I should be just as satisfied with my purchase? No! C'mon man! The store has so many options spread out over two floors. It's an old building, so naturally the ceiling is low. If you're tall, just watch where you walk. We found a few different La-z-boy options that were perfect for her. Once she picked out the one she wanted from a photo we sent her, they helped us put it in our SUV and we were out of there pretty quickly. I started wandering around looking for pieces for our house that I fell in love with. We'll be back later in the year with a moving truck to buy more, because we are definitely out of their delivery range. Their prices are right on point as well.

He pointed us toward a few different mattresses, made some suggestions, and even let us have free roam of the showroom while we laid on everything 18 different times trying to decide. Not once did we feel pressured, rushed, or anything like that, Dustin is probably the most pleasant salesperson we've ever dealt with.
