The employee pointed at the self checkout lane and I replied, 'Seriously'? What kind of customer service is it to have an employee stand there and watch me do their job ? NO THANK YOU !! I set my groceries down on the self checkout counter and walked out of the store. I understand why stores/companies want me to do the job, but I am not going to. I don't fault the employee because they were just following their company's policy.

We looked for dips (for chips) and there were dips in the produce section, the chips section, the yogurt/dairy section, and then also in a section by the deli where the specialty cheeses are. It was confusing and we felt we kept running back to return the one we had picked because we found another kind. I'm wondering if there is a better way to organize all of that.
