I stopped by Dillin for a flat tire repair and I was overall satisfied with my experience. The young guy who helped me was quick and efficient and I waited no more than 20 minutes on a Monday morning which was great. My only complain is about the price. I paid $26.55 which, in my opinion, is way too expensive. I was expecting to pay something around 15, 18 which is what I'm used to paying for a flat fix. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. Brought my car here with a gas tank problem, they handed it back to me with the bumper help up by zip-ties, cracked and the alignment messed up ...and they had the nerve to tell me they didn't know my car was there for a day with the key inside even though I saw them move my car after the tow truck dropped it off. I've been here twice to change a tire, and my experience has been great! In and out service!

A few years ago, I purchased two tires from Tire Rack and had Mavis (STS) put them on. I waited there for 2 hours and the guy said he had a hard time balancing one of the tires. Last year I purchased a tire from Tire Rack (to replace the tire the dude couldn't balance) and had Dillin Tire put it on. Took about 10 minutes and no balance issues. On my way there this week with two new tires for Dillin to put on another car I own. Sad that they do the tires so fast doesn't give me enough time to look at their Chuck Wepner / Bayonne "mini museum". read more

Stained backseats while doing repairs (I noticed that too late - day later after the repair), parked my car on the street where parking isn't allowed - I got ticket, installed wrong tires. The guy who mounted the wheel - left the locking lug nut key on the wheel itself. May be their repair/identifying the problem skills are good (they fixed what I complained about), but the job overall was done a way too sloppy. Never again! read more

PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!! Long story short I went to have my timing belt changed and the car has never been the same ever since. #1. they dont replace all the bolts, screws and brackets that they take out, they are LAZY #2. They hire street mechanics with no formal auto mechanic credentials #3. My car stalled as I was driving it after this timing belt change, imagine that, I could have been killed. Then it would not start up again!!! So i took it back again , mind you I have taken it back there 5 times in total so far and have had to take off work all these times and waste my time bringing it back, When he "refixed" it again for the 5th time he charged me another $400 on top of the $400 original charge to replace it. Even though car was running perfect before i took it there they say that they didnt break it. Also,The belts were squealing so loud when I first got it, so i took it back that day and he told me he has no time to look at it and to bring it back on saturday which was 3 days later!!!!! What iif that belt would have broken from all the friction??? I told them I need to bring it in right away they took it in but still the car is now rumbling, acts like it wants to stall out and is making whining noises most likely from them putting on the timing belt to tight. They are very incompetent and dont test the cars when there done "fixing" them or I should say BREAKING THEM!!! If you care about your safety stay the hell away from this DUMP please. I will probably have to end up taking them to court soon if they damaged my engine or any components because of putting on the timing belt to tight. Please just stay away!!! read more

This shop is horrible, STAND CLEAR from this place and if you go check all the work afterwards! I went to the shop to have two tires replaced, one had a bubble and the other was blown. He put on 1 tire and charged me 300 dollars. I took my car to my buddies shop afterwards and he saw the bubble was still on the back tire. Now the owner of the shop knew I was leaving for the Military and was driving 2000 miles to the next duty station I was PCSing to. Once I went back to the shop and said that there was a mistake he tried telling me that I only ordered 1 tire. I said for 300 bucks 1 tire your nuts? I went to other places and it came no where close for one tire. Then once I proved him wrong on that he said he put 2 tires on but one was the same brand of tire I had on my car originally. This was complete B.S so I told him ok well show my receipt of the two tires you bought. After that he told me "Oh I did give you one of the same brand you already had and a new tire also". I knew the 3 continental tires I had on the car were my old ones so therefore he gave me one tire. I told him this is not correct I want to see the receipt of your order. He then went and grabbed it and came back and said your right I only gave you one tire we will order you a new one. Once I got the tire he owed me, he didn't even rotate the tires so I had two different treads on each side. I rotated them myself afterwards. I know other people who had the same issues. Do yourself the favor don't go there, plus the prices are nuts for the crappy brand tires he orders. read more
