Checked in and looked around their super messy and unorganized store a bit but had to use the restroom BAD BAD. Guess what?? THEY DON'T HAVE A RESTROOM HERE. They direct you to Michael's craft store down the plaza. So a store where many pregnant women shop, many people with children who are potty training, people with potty trained kids or umm... humans in general who need to use restrooms are inconvenienced and have to leave the store to go. Very unprofessional if you ask me. So we left and went to Michael's to use their restroom. We then headed to World Market to kill some more time because I hadn't been notified our baskets were done... I get a text and am notified our sell baskets weren't going to be done until NEARLY 5pm!!!!! It was 2:45! We went back in and asked for our stuff back and we were going to go elsewhere. They made it out like that was a NORMAL amount of time. The most I've ever waited was 20 minutes at the Pearland location. The employees made it out like every Once Upon a Child was like their wait times. Well, considering they probably wouldn't have bought much anyways, I saved my time. I made sure to tell the lady walking towards the store with a basket to sell that she should plan on waiting 2+ hours and she turned around and headed back to her car. Of the items I looked at today, they seemed over priced. The clearance items were marked at 90% off which is incredible but I didn't want to do business here so we left. Honestly, if I never step foot in this location again, it'll be too soon.

Was in the area and saw a sale sign and yes they had a great one day sale on kid's Tshirt and more…read more I picked 3 but the one I wanted most was not in the size I wanted so associate looked it up and suggested I get at another location available (well it was closing time and I couldn't make it on time) she also suggested I purchase on line and pick up at that location. And gladly reminded me that they were closing in 5. Well I explained my situation to cashier and she suggested purchasing the wrong size and exchange at other location so that I can get at sale price and get correct size tomorrow. I sincerely appreciate the idea and that gave them the sale and made me happy with my purchase. Sometimes stop and assist customers even at closing time.

In December, I called and was told my balance was around $42, so today I went to pick up my cash, because they won't mail checks for less than $50, and guess what? Not only was I told my balance was only $27, but they didn't have enough cash to pay me. So I could either wait for a check for the entire amount or take $20 and drive back again from Galveston for the other $7. What reputable business in Webster would not have $27.

I found a really neat talking Elmo (40$ at Walmart) for 12$ here in perfect condition! Everything is clean and the lady working the register was super friendly and helpful. The racks of clothes are sorted by size which was nice and they were having sales. (Pink and yellow tags were like 60% off). They are a bit pricier than goodwill or Once Upon A Child but the clothes are clean and the sales are great!

Not my style…read more The Baybrook Mall has a huge outdoor section that is brand new, but this is part of the old school indoor section which is a pretty traditional mall. It's still popular, and there still lots of people are coming here, and there are still some trendy stores, and this is one of them. We've been in most of the stores in this mall, and this is one of the ones that we repeatedly check for sexy items, mainly for Barbie rather than me. And we repeatedly don't find anything that is to her taste. Not sexy enough, and a little bit too teenage, but not in a sexy way. The employees are okay, which is why we are give a mediocre rating rather than a bad one.

I really hate how these ppl make me and my gf feel. Maybe it's because we are both (kinda sorta…read morelol) young, maybe we are just weirdos to them. But they always follow us everywhere and do it in this way where it's like they want us to know except they won't say anything to us to not get a lawsuit I suppose. My gf went to the bathroom and at least five different employees came in right after her. And when she walked out of the RR, there was an employee with a Walkie talkie staring rudely at her. I would like to point out we weren't dressed like slobs, thugged out, trashy, or out of the ordinary in any sorta way. Our clothes were not baggy and we didn't have any bags (except for my gf's purse, pretty normal if you ask me). We were in the store for less than 30 minutes. An employee followed her down an aisle non-stop, staying several feet away but acted nonchalant when she noticed. I have been a great customer for so many years, sometimes paying more for some products because I enjoyed the shopping experience there compared to Walmart or something. But I don't want to give money to a store that basically proves to me that they don't want my business.
