I waited years and believed in Dr. Harris and he wouldn't even discuss my issues when he knew the procedures failed. I had to cut my losses even though I lost bone and suffered pain from him for years. I cut my losses and had to find another periodontist who finally stabilized my procedure but could only save what bone I had left since Dr. Harris let my issues get so bad before I went to another provider.
