I was lucky when I called Myers Well Service, because Darren was walking in the door as I called. He worked me into his schedule between jobs the next day and fixed our well pump that had wires wearing and didn't just force me to buy a new pump. He honestly did the necessary work to get the farm up and going with water. He was under his quoted estimate. When the work was done he called me with all the details, making some future PM suggestions and took a credit card over the phone. After a storm last month we started to notice we had poor water pressure in the house. So we…read morethought our well was hit and called Book and Book. A technician (Ron) came out within 24 hours and determined that the poor water pressure was because of our filter being clogged, but our well did in fact get hit. He was knowledgeable and courteous through out the whole time he was in my home. He even got our pressure back up and told me what filter I would need. I explained that it would take some time to get the money together and explained to give them a call and they can get out there. After a few weeks we got our appointment scheduled and Ron and Ray came to our house and did a fantastic job. They replaced everything that was damaged from the storm and extremely personable and professional the entire time. They took care of all the damaged items and explained will keep the items for our claims adjuster if needed and cleaned up after themselves inside and outside of our home.
